Delivered a faulty item promised…
Delivered a faulty item promised superior customer service. Totally ignored and continued to show the pretence of actually caring. Ruined an important birthday present. Followed up by asking us to refit the replacement and then dispose of 6foot of absolutely useless broken metal. And for that we are supposed to be grateful. Shameful and degrading but we are just dim customers paying a premium for tat. Absolutely disgusting as they have no integrity or need to make good on their promises.
Very very poor.

We’re sorry that the item arrived damaged, which can occasionally happen in transit despite careful packaging.
This is a British-made, made-to-order solid steel obelisk with a typical production lead time of 1–2 weeks. On this occasion, it was completed and delivered significantly faster than expected.
As soon as the issue was reported, we acted promptly by arranging a replacement as a priority and issuing a goodwill refund. At no point did we require the item to be returned, to avoid any further inconvenience.
Following further correspondence, we went on to issue a full refund, allowing the customer to keep the item.
We were not made aware of any specific delivery deadline prior to despatch, but we fully appreciate how disappointing it is when an item does not arrive in perfect condition.
We stand by the quality of the products we offer and always work quickly and responsibly to resolve any issues. In this case, we responded promptly and went above and beyond to bring the matter to a conclusion.

Paris cloche looks great

I placed an order but then had to query the price of postage as I was charged more than I thought.
I received an almost immediate reply, explanation and refund. All of this on a Sunday.
The goods I ordered were excellent value and when I received my parcel, I found a personal and beautiful card inside.
