Outstanding service and follow up
I was very impressed when after placing an order there was a personal phone call placed to make sure everything was received and working OK.
Later, when an issue did come up with the product under warranty, they were very helpful in getting me directly to the people I needed to contact and also once again followed up to help get the issue resolved.

The Only Dispenser on the Market That Checked Every Box
After searching everywhere for a touchless water dispenser that met my specific filtration needs, this was the only business that delivered. The unit works flawlessly and the DIY installation was completely hassle-free, guided by straightforward, easy-to-read instructions. It is an excellent product that functions exactly as advertised.
