Everything that a small business should be, I have just received my first and certainly not last package from them and it was packed fantastically which is something that should be expected however the fact that they wrote a handwritten thank you with a 10% discount on a card with 2 extra samples and a small bag of haribo is just beyond what I have received from other companies. Amazing work and my absolute go to company for fragrance from now on
