Late review as i bought a few weeks ago but absolutely fantastic service!! Shipping error not on their part at all; I emailed asking about it before i knew it was royal mail at fault, which i thought was me being a little pushy, little did i know these guys had already emailed me earlier that day keeping me fully updated and that they would watch my order closely over the next 2 days and if it didnt get dispatched by royal mail they’d send a new one! Fantastic service from these guys, packing was great i will definitely use again if i need a sample!!

The sample arrived really quickly and the postman was able to push through the letterbox without the need to ring the doorbell. Also I was thrilled to be able to try in advance prior to purchasing a complete bottle. The fragrance is beautiful and enlightening.

Unfortunately my sample bottle came smashed - I emailed the customer service and they got back to me straight away (on a Saturday!) and sent a new bottle out which came in less than 24 hours. Great company - thank you

I ordered some samples of perfumes from Thefragrancecabinet and the samples came as scheduled and were nicely packed. They have a great selection of perfumes, I would definitely order from them again. It's good that small businesses like this offer samples that way your not stuck with a whole bottle of perfume that you don't like. Highly recommend them.
