I placed an order and paid through SHOP not realising it wasn’t the uk store. I received a confirmation email but have had nothing since in 5 weeks despite repeated emails which have gone unanswered. Disgraceful service - do not use!

Ordered previously with no issues, however ordered 4 weeks ago and still no update despite multiple emails (with no other way to contact them).
Shame, as previously had been a great service.

SCAM!! AVOID!! Took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it is nothing like the perfume that I have ordered- extremely watered down and completely different colour. I have a bottle of the original here, so can easily compare.

Scam . Spent over 100 pound and nothing came . They dont respond to emails and no other way of contacting them . If this happens to anybody else phone ur bank and you can get your money back as i have .u have to wait 2 weeks after your order was placed tho .i ordered off hear by accident as the name is so close to the real company

It’s a shame you cannot leave a zero star rating here because I would not hesitate to do so. I ordered two products from this vendor. One turned up without the button to activate the spray bottle. I was assured via email I would be refunded for the missing product and a replacement be sent out for the faulty one. Neither happened. I wrote several times to the company and - to date - have not received a response. I spent somewhere in the region of £24 and have NOTHING to show for it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I wonder if I have actually been scammed. There are other more reputable companies out there that I have since used to great success.

Ordered twice from this company, once last year and once this year. I can honestly say the second order, the difference in customer service and quality has undoubtably increased. the perfume was amazing, the customer service was excellent. the old owners definitely patched the name but i would like for people to see a genuine review. i will definitely be buying more samples on my next pay day.

Order received within a week and honestly impressed with quality. Seems this company had a bad name at some time and has new ownership, will be making a new order and could have found a new regular supplier for decants and samples.
Certainly can not be beaten on price.

I have been ordering scents from thefragrancesamples for a while now and have had only positive experiences! Trustworthy, extremely fast shipping, impressive range of scents, and amazing & super fast customer service. I also love how safely each order is packaged and how cute & classy the mini spray vials look. It feels like a luxurious little treat whenever I place an order, and I will definitely keep purchasing from them as my main source of perfumes! :)

Like many other people I ordered from this company not realising iv ordered from the wrong company. I did not receive an order confirmation bought over £100 worth samples such a big mistake. Emailed the company to ask where my samples were got no reply back. But today a week later received all my samples. I have an issue with the smells though I’m not convinced they are the real deal I will be taking a few creed samples I bought from this company to the shops to see if they are real. Because I’m not convinced with the smells I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Ordered samples 2 months ago and received NOTHING, emailed multiple times and have not had a response. Had an alert that the order has been cancelled but no refund has been issued, continued to email but no reply and no refund.

Great experience purchasing 3 different scents. Although one wasn't in stock and cost was refunded. Arrived in safe packaging and within quality bottles having good a atomiser.

Amazing scents and at great prices! Would recommend 10/10

I bought a 20ml decant of Parfums de Marly Layton. It arrived within a few days, but whatever is in the bottle, it isn't Layton. Given other people's experiences / reviews, I would be extremely wary of using this site. I will not be using them again!

I can’t speak for other people but I am very happy with my purchase. The fragrances I received and definitely 100% genuine and have had no issues at all. Very happy.

No resolve, as I'm not sending sample back, for them to deny a refund or accountability. Next step is trading standards.

Looked at reviews before purchasing, I felt confident with my purchase, until I realised that i looked at the wrong website reviews. To see many negative reviews made me feel worried about my purchase. As soon as I made my purchase I received an order confirmation (which some people said they didn’t receive). My money was transferred to fragrance samples and not to someone else (which some people stated that the money was not taken from fragrance samples). I also received my sample fairly quick. I purchased a creed royal oud sample and compared it to the sample I received from the creed official website, and I can say this is the real deal. The sample I have received from the fragrance sample was slightly stronger but I believe that is due to the atomiser as it sprays alot of perfume, where as the little sample i received from creeds website sprayed very little. This has gained me some confidence to buy from the website again, and so far a good first purchase experience from the website!

Scam. I used this company accidentally because they were imitating the actual sample company I normally use. AVOID AT ALL COST. Sent be a bottle of cat p**s then ignored all emails.

Avoid at all cost! Will steal ur money ignore ur emails and never post ur items!

If i could give no star i would. This company is a joke. Firstly my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and when I emailed the company they said there was nothing they can do. Luckily the person the parcel got delivered to was nice enough to return it to my address, by this time i didn’t need the perfume anymore as it was supposed to be a present. The company gave me the details to return it and i did, had to also pay for a recorded delivery. They received and signed for the item but never gave me a refund. I have tried to email them but no response now. Do not buy anything from them, the perfume also didn’t smell anything like the tom ford one i wanted.
