I have really enjoyed The Good Food Prep! All the food tastes really fresh and the portions sizes are decent. This is the perfect solution to keep me on plan with my nutrition.
I would definitely recommend The Good Food Prep to anyone who has a busy schedule.

Amazing food! Tastes good and loving the fact that the kcal aren’t that high which leaves room for snacks. Which is always a plus. I have been provided variety which is always nice. I would highly recommend these guys!

Has all the nutritional information needed to track, super convenient especially for days I'm unable to cook or with time constraints. Loved the peanut butter chicken, salmon poke bowl and tofu laksa curry noodles! Great nutritious yet tasty options available!

Freshly prepared and very tasty food! Really surprised of the varity of choices they are offering. I have been trying a few different meal prep providers over the years and would defo recommond The Good prep to anyone. I don't usually get snacks but everyone needs to try their protein balls they are unreal!

I picked up a magic bag from Good Prep last week. I can't believe how incredible the food was. The quality of the meat, fresh ingredients and use of spices blew me away.

The food is so freshly prepared straight out the kitchen and looks amazing and tastes even better. The staff are fantastically friendly and really helpful and you get a good amount for your money. Wonderful desserts. All healthy balanced fresh food. I couldn’t fault it. Hope the staff get recognised for being wonderful chefs and food preps. I’ve just had spicy chicken vegetables and rice red pepper salmon pesto pasta and beautiful protein mousse

Amazing food! Such a time saver, especially for busy work days. Everything I tried was delicious. There were meals I wouldn’t have the time or even skills to cook at home. The macros were also super good. I don’t count calories, but I find it good to know and I do care about my protein intake. I also tried to freeze some meals and they were amazing heated up in the microwave! Definitely recommend!

Really tasty, healthy & convenient meal prep that fits in with being a busy working mum! I love how all macros are counted, the meals come in microwaveable boxes and take less than 4 minutes to cook! Being into fitness and also wanting to eat well, having these meals helps me achieve my goals whilst also having 2 jobs AND 2 toddlers to contend with!

The Good Prep has been such a massive contributor to my weightloss and health journey - knowing that you have healthy, fresh meals on the way to you with all of the protein, carb, fat and calorie information on the front of the box to keep you right. The meals are definitely high quality and you can tell they’ve been cooked with care. It’s pretty hard to look back once you’re in a routine with TGP!

Excellent food, tasty and well prepared. Delivered on time with no issues…. The major issue I have is all of the packaging! Surely you could use cooler bags and packs that are picked up at the time of the second delivery of the week? I’m currently throwing away 2 big cardboard boxes, brown paper and cooking packs every week. I’d give 5 stars if you could sort this out

I’ve found out the good prep from googling.
The meals are delicious, especially for a pre-prepped service. The meat/fish especially are cooked to just the right consistency.
Takes away all the hassle of cooking, cleaning, supermarkets and having to think about food everyday.
I’m even in contact with the team for a bespoke plan.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

TGP is a huge part of my prep for any fitness comp. Not having to worry about and the amount of time I save is priceless. Would strongly recommend.

Such yummy foods and so handy having the macros and calories on each meal if you are trying to lose/gain weight!

Super fresh, and interesting meals

Absolutely outstanding meal prep such great quality and fabulous choice. The customer service is first class and the delivery service. It’s 10/10 from me.

I've tried KBK, Love Yourself, NourishFitFood, AllPlants, and PrepPerfect, and I can honestly say The Good Prep meals and customer service beat them all hands down. Each meal is delicious and filling. They look appetising and the portion sizes and calorie counts are great for losing/maintaining weight. I'm vegetarian and there is so much choice for veggies and vegans alike. I haven't had any issues with delivery, which is tracked by email and text and accessible through the DPD app. The customer service is AMAZING too. Sarah always answers my emails (I request a lot of custom plans as I generally just get dinners and lunches and skip breakfasts), and she is always so fast and kind with her responses to me. I will never use another meal delivery service again and I am really looking forward to trying every V meal and snack off their varied menu!
