Everything was fine except I had to collect from the carrier myself because no phone number was given

I ordered the vampiress costume, only a few days before halloween and was so shocked at how fast it came!

I actually went back and ordered more which also came in a day or two (to Dublin)

I'm obsessed with Halloween, usually buying two costumes a year from shops and online! I thought I'd seen every costume available but the range Halloween HQ has is just amazing, especially the accessories and for really good prices!

Definitely will be shopping here next year!

I ordered a doctor zombie costume for my 8 year old from halloween hq on Tuesday evening 27th October and it arrived on the Thursday lunch time as they had stated in the text they sent to confirm the time. We had one happy little boy would definitely order from there site again .

Fast Delivery but cheap low quality products

I would recommend the costumes but it says next working day delivery. Even though the order was placed in the morning I didnt receive the costume on the next day. DPD is defo not a good idea for delivery service

ordered the prombie queen teen girls costume for my daughter. very prompt service and order arrived next day. Costume was as described and packaged well. Would have no hesitation in ordering again.

fast delivery, costume was exactly what it looked like online. the wig I got was terrible it knotted within second of putting it on. not good quality at all.

Wasn't happy over all with the service I received! First I went to order a Robin costume and it said out of stock when I put the card details in so I went and picked another costume! Picked super man costume and paid for it!

Then got a confirmation email to say the original Robin costume was coming so was unsure what costume was actually going to be delivered!

I ordered mine on the Friday and didn receive it until the following Thursday so next day delivery was false advertisement!! Specially when I had friends tat ordered theirs the Tuesday after me and had theirs before me!

Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday!!!! Wonderful service. 100% recommendation

Would not recommend Halloween HQ. If you have a question or problem expect to have it dealt with unprofessional and rude employees. I had a simple question; how long did I have to return a costume after buying it. I was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. Shocking to be honest. There was no need for such behaviour.

I ordered an adult baby women's costume for a Halloween Party. There were three items to be delivered in the pack - a bonnet, a dress and pantaloons. The only item in the package was the dress. I tried to make contact with Halloween HQ by email and telephone but to date have had no reply. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend Halloween HQ to anyone.

Bought the tigger costume for my toddler arrived when it said it would looked adorable on got loads of compliments and kept my little one warm while trick or treating would recommend to anyone thanks
