The worst experience I have ever had with an online store. The items I ordered only slightly resembled the item photos on the website. The fabrics were of horrible quality and very cheaply constructed. The photos were kind of blurry on the website and there was no description of the fabric content. This should have been a big warning sign. Once ordered, I found that items were shipping directly from China. Sizing was in no way consistent. I ordered 3 small dresses. One fit like an XL and 2 were like XS. Returns? Forget it. They asked for photos of me wearing the items and also photos of the items and their size tags. Not happening. I know this was just the opening round of the "game" and I wasn't wasting any more time on their scam. They know they are a scam and just don't care. I didn't bother returning and sent the items straight to Goodwill. DO NOT purchase from this company.

The item ordered was not the item received. The size was suppose to be large, a tag was sown in the jacket upside down, and it was so small that I could not get my arm into the sleeve. I have spent the last 6 weeks going back and forth through email, with supposedly customer service reps, no return information has been given to me, not to mention no refund. These people are scammers hiding behind a business name.

This website is a scam. It now redirects you to another website. CS is gone and I am stuck with CHEAP ugly clothes. Do not buy from there

Horrible. I would give it less stars if I could. Advertise it’s easy to return something. IT IS NOT in the least. All I wanted was a refund. Now I’m donating it to Goodwill.

I would give no stars if that had been an option. They indicated that returns were easy - they failed to mention that the return was paid by the customer and had to be sent to England. The cost to return this item was 80.00. The item was originally shipped from the US. They promised a voucher and never provided. This is a scam. Do not buy anything from this site.

I ordered a Blazer size medium. When it arrived it looked very small.l tried it on and it was so small I had to check to see if they sent the right size. It was cheap looking and poorly made it was not true to size. I ask for a refund and was informed that I needed to send them a video of me wearing the blazer.a video of the length. I informed them that I am 75 yrs old and don't know how to use my phone for videos.All I wanted was for them to send me a return label so I can get my money back. This was in June and l'm still waiting. I am forwarding all correspondences to my attorney and the BBB. They are ripping people off. I live on a fixed income and they should be ashame of taking advantage of Seniors and anyone that does business with Them. Please don't order read their reviews I rate them ZERO STARS.....

I ordered in early June, and it is now early August. My order has disappeared from their system so I can’t check on it. I’ve asked for a refund they keep saying oh sure, but no refund ever appears. They are the worst. Stay away!

Terrible company. Buyers beware. They send their clothes from China; it takes a very long time to receive and their "hassle-free" return policy is a joke. They want pictures, proof the clothes are nothing as described on the website. I believe they are now working under another business name: Egle Boutique. Same scam company.

This place is fronting to be from the U.S. but it is in China. Their products are cheap, mis-sized, and their customer service does not work properly - possibly due to AI.

I bought 3 blouses and all of them were too big. No information on how to return or exchange the items came with the shipment. When I Emailed them requesting instructions for exchanging the items, they requested picture of the items, pictures of the size tags and measurements of the items, and pictures of me wearing the items. I replied that I would prefer a full refund rather than jumping through those hoops. Initially, they said they would accept the return if I paid $30 postage. When I accepted that offer, they replied with asking for all of the pictures again. The company is based in China NOT Nashville. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I gave this place a chance without researching them and man am I disappointed. Don't believe their return policy! I ordered two of the same size blouse in different colors, one is ok but the other is way too large. I also orders some cute sandals and they are also sized incorrectly and are way to small. I submitted a request to return, and they asked for all types of pictures with measurements to be sent back. After bugging them for two weeks, I finally get the answer that they will offer me 30% off my next purchase??? What the hell? So I guess I'm out $75 and will donate the items. Buyer beware!! Do not recommend shopping here.

I wrote a review about thehillsnashville being an easy site to maneuver and prices being good. The store is not in Nashville it is in China. I have ordered a pair of boots I could have gotten off Temu for cheaper. The store has changed their name to Egle. It would get no stars if that was possible.

I ordered 2 dresses. They were great at communicating through the tracking process. The 2 dresses fit great and were beautiful. I have already worn one and received many compliments

Poor quality of fabric. The actual garment is nothing like the advertised garment. Just a square shape that has no resemblance to the photo of the garment. Terrible customer service. No way to return /refund purchase. Multiple ai generated repeat responses to take a photo if the garment to prove problems. Terrible. Terrible. Lesson learned on my part. Avoid this website.

When contacted for a return, they reply, asking for the same information over and over again. They play dumb so they don't have to refund your money, despite their website promising free returns.

Scam do not trust to order from!!! They would not take my return but want to offer me a 30% voucher! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

ZERO stars. The professional looking website draws you in, but don't let it fool you. They claim to be based in Delaware, but that isn't the case.

They advertise hassle-free returns, but it is anything but hassle-free. Instead, you'll likely find yourself emailing back and forth while they try to convince you to keep the item or exchange it for a different size (at your expense). Then, when you make one final attempt to return the item, they again try to convince you to keep them by emphasizing the high cost of international return shipping.

I purchased what were advertised as orthopedic shoes, but they were not orthopedic in any way. The quality was comparable to inexpensive shoes you find on Temu or Shein and they cost MORE.

I would not purchase from this company again.

This store don't give full refund no matter what happens, they will just give you a voucher, free replacement and a partial refund which as customer should not experience. In addition this store all products came from China i swear it's the FACT!! If you insisted a full refund they will provide different address which is very far and expensive for cx like me.

0 Stars !! Everything in the comments is true. This company is a scam. My order took weeks to arrive, and the blouse I received was a cheap knockoff, nothing like the catalog photo.

Customer service just gives you the runaround. They push discounts for future purchases but refuse refunds, even if you return the item. The return address they provide is in the UK, and shipping can costs over $100.
Their business model: use high-quality catalog photos to lure you in, then ship cheap imitation merchandise from China. Do not order from them.
