I bought a pair of shoes from this “store” Hills of Nashville sold as leather, orthopedic and on sale from $135 to $39.99. I received the shoes and there were clearly a scam. Took a month to arrive clearly direct from China and as soon as I saw the packaging I knew I was in trouble. But when I opened the bag (no box) they were clearly not quality leather shoes but it was the smell that emanated… it was so strong and overwhelming I had to immediately throw them outside. It was like you were in a tire factory - literally horrible toxic rubber smell that permeated my brain it seemed. Even days later after being outside it did not go away. Would not give me a full refund but offered me 50% refund to give a 5 star review! Total scam.

The company was so great. They let me know step by step where my purchase was.

1. The coat I ordered exceeded my expectations.
2. Even with the delay, The Hills kept in contact to let me know that they didn’t forget about me.

Good quality clothes. I ordered four outfits and they were true to size. Happy with my purchase!

The order was easy to place and pay for it. I do wish it was a bit easier to return items. I bought a couple sizes because I am in between sizes and it is not a simple recess to return them.
