This company is a scam. The quality and fit are extremely poor. They advertise a return policy that does not actually exist. Do not be deceived by the word "Nashville" in their name, they are not an American company. If you try to return an item, they will harass you with return emails until you give up - that is their deceptive strategy.

I wish I had found this review page before I placed my order with this sham of a company. I received my initial order later than promised. The quality of the items was even more sub-standard than anything I have ever received from China. The garment sizing was incorrect and hung on me like a potato sack.

I contacted the company to initiate my return and was told I needed to take photos of myself in the garments to demonstrate the sizes were incorrect. I took the ridiculous photos, sent them to their support email and was then told they could not process a timely return because they were restructuring their warehouse inventory.

In lieu of the refund issue, I was offered a 15% discount to which I vehemently declined. The next email was a pitiful attempt at empathy, restating the inventory issue and then offered me a 30% discount.

I then tried to call the customer service number and received a voicemail for two individuals referring me to the website for service, and a very inauthentic desire to make my issue right.

Do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time or money, My next stop is to file a complaint with the Delaware Secretary of State and BBB.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals, the most cheap product I have ever received which is foam. I have contacted the company MULTIPLE times wanting to send product back and get a refund. The communication has SUCKED and I have yet to receive information on how to return shoes. Again… This is a scam. Do not order anything from this company. They do not accept returns. Once they get your money, forget about it. I was sent a pair of shoes that are made of cardboard. Quality is poor. They will keep sending you emails as if they are trying to help you but it’s all a scam. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not order anything from them. My sister told me about your site/shop. I loved many dresses, but couldn't get them all, i settled for 4 and can't wait to get them and try them on!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. As other reviewers have stated, this is not a mother and daughter, local store that was going out of business. This is a fraudulent poorly run company out of China. My order took over a month to arrive and when it did, the quality is horrible. The sizing is way off in the material and clothes are nothing like what the website shows. Through many emails I’ve tried to get my money back as their website states it is an easy and free return process however it is a scam. I want to send back my order and I have to mail it out of the country. This is a complete scam. Do not give them your money.

I would give a -10 if I could. Horrible awful quality just continue to give a runaround when I wanted to return everything wasted $200 and I’m so upset. Huge scam. I have never written a review like this before, but buyer beware! There needs to be a lawsuit against this awful company!!

PLEASE do not buy anything from this vendor. They do not honor the return policy listed on their website. I purchased two pieces months ago and was told they WOULD NOT return my money. They initially offered me a 10% refund, and when I would not stop, they finally offered me a 20% refund. However, due to a "technical issue" with their "system," I was told I would not be receiving that either and was offered a voucher. This company is dishonest and should not be in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a lightweight blazer and it's become my favourite layer for work meetings. It gives outfits a polished look without feeling too formal or uncomfortable.

Besides the very tasteful ads, the quality of their merchandise is outstanding. I have been disappointed in many other websites because their merchandise is not what it appears.

Very deceptive return policy. Returns must go to the UK and they even make that very difficult. I found an address for them in Delaware and offered to return it there. They do not accept returns at that address. I do not believe The storefront pictures they use online are legitimate. I do not believe there is a physical store. I also called the number I found for them online, no one answers, just a recording to go online. They did say I could keep the dress - The one that did not fit - the one I did not want and offered me 15% off my next purchase.

My daughter convinced me to order here after she'd had a good experience herself. Now I completely understand why she recommended it because the quality exceeded what I expected.

What a total rip off. I thought I was ordering from a Nashville Boutique. Said 2 day delivery easy return. 21 day delivery and impossible return! When item arrived it was cheap but the worst thing was that it is made without zipper. I can’t get over my head or pull up because it has a fitted waist and NO way to access dress. Now they want photos of how it fits ,(IT DOESNT FIT!!! That’s the problem)before they will refund. This was a 70.00 item! How can I further report them???
UPDATE: I sent the picture of the dress to “prove” it has no zipper to allow entrance to the dress….and now they say they want more information 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This website is an absolute scam that sells some of the least quality clothes I have purchased. The pictures on the website vaguely represent the actual design and the return process is absolutely misrepresented on the website as well. Returning something requires shipment back to UK for a cost of $35-$50. Then the website offers you just 30% back instead of paying for shipping, accept they tell you later they can’t process the refund and offer a store credit again for more poorly made misrepresented clothes.

Love their selection of clothing. It's not typical and you won't see other people wearing what you are.

False advertising, poor quality, lengthy processes and multiple communications in why issues for refunds. Seems to be AI generated with no resolutions that are reasonable at all. Attempted to put on Better Business Bureau but this business did not come up.

returned shoes that were too small. Had to pay $15 to ship them. The Hills never acknowledged and did not return my monies. There is a phone number which instructs user to contact them through email. They do not answer their email. The shoes were very nice I wanted to exchange them. Now I have no shoes or money and out extra $15 to ship them back.

Order was delivered to wrong address. Company sent me a picture of the delivery with wrong address clearly shown. When I contacted them they wanted me to contact delivery company and chase down the delivery site. I have not to this time received credit, refund, or my order. Huge scam!

They are in China! Tried to return- they gave me a whole runaround about how complicated it is to return internationally and expensive! Offered me 10% back and I could keep the items. I pushed back. I eventually got 30% back and kept the items but the items are useless. They’re awful.

They only get one star because none is not an option. I ordered 3 pieces from their website. The package took way too long to arrive, that’s the first thing. The fabrics are cheap and sizing is incorrect. I initiated a return and got an email back asking for photos of the garments with measurements, photos of the tags AND a photo of the item on!! These are ridiculous requests and go too far. I emailed them back and said so and just got the same email back. I suspect they try to make it so hard to return that you give up. This is a shady company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them.
