I purchased a **Holiday Island Europe tour package worth AED 17,000**, and the company is currently unreachable. I have already approached **Abu Dhabi Police and Dubai Police**, and I understand that filing an individual case may cost around **AED 2,000**. I have also been informed that the company’s licence/registration is due to expire on **2 October 2026**. Can we combine together to file a case against this company. I have also served them a legal notice through Alahdeed Barsha. Now they are saying to file case after fulfilling certain legal requirements and paying some charges also. Happy to be connected with anyone.

It was the worst experience i had ever, they took 12,000 and now disappeared, they fooled us by the package and now no response. As i see there are many victims. We have to gather all of us and go to the concerned legal entity to have our rights back. If you can reach at X platform AhmedWa68371101

I just need to know where I can complain about this fake travel agency ( Holiday Island LLC) ? I want my money back and they should be punished and banned immediately. They are simply liars , deceivers and scammers. Please don't let them steal money from people. Help me to retrieve my hard earned money back please.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience.

Last year, I was approached at a supermarket and asked to fill out a voucher. A few days later, I received a call informing me that I had won a gift and was invited to collect it from Holiday Island. I was specifically asked to bring my family.

When we arrived, the event was held in a hotel ballroom with many round tables and numerous families attending. However, this was not simply a gift collection event. Each family was assigned a dedicated salesperson who spent hours trying to sell travel packages. Whenever a family showed hesitation, supervisors would join the table to reinforce the sales pitch and try to close the sale.

My wife was pregnant at the time, and I clearly explained that we would not be able to travel for at least 18 months. Initially, the package validity was only one year. When we declined, they immediately extended the validity to two years in an attempt to persuade us.

The discussion then shifted to an Umrah package. Knowing how important Umrah is to my wife, the sales team focused heavily on this option. Unfortunately, we made an emotional decision and paid AED 7,000 for a family Umrah package.

We were promised flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, and sightseeing, with travel dates to be selected later within the validity period. We signed a contract and were issued a tax invoice for the payment.

Now, after more than a year, we are finally planning to travel and attempted to make a booking for October/November. I have sent emails and tried calling all available contact numbers. My emails have gone unanswered, and the phone numbers appear to be disconnected or no longer in service.

After searching online, I was surprised to find many customers reporting experiences very similar to mine.

My concern is not only the AED 7,000 paid but also the sales tactics used. Families are invited under the impression of receiving a gift, then subjected to prolonged, high-pressure sales pitches designed to secure immediate commitments.

I am posting this review based solely on my personal experience. If Holiday Island wishes to resolve this matter, I would welcome a response and assistance with the booking that was promised.

I went to complain about them in Al Adheed they asked me to pay 1000 AED to open the case and it will take long time and I’m not sure if I can get my money back or not

Place was not clean when we first arrived. It was full of dust, dirty dishes, dirty laundry left out and we weren’t even sure if the beds had been cleaned. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a key snapped in the door and when we called the host he told us he was aware of the issue but had done nothing about it and was rude when telling us about the issue. It was an overpriced stay and I would not recommend to pay the price asked for.

We bought a package for AED 12000 from them in 2024 expiring in June 2026. We were not able to use the package as I got pregnant and other things and we were finally planning to go and were in talks with them a couple of months ago where they kept replying over email that we will confirm your hotels etc in April. But now they are not responding to emails, their contact number is out of service.

My heart sank when I realised that we lost our hard earned money which we didnt use at all.

I will definitely write to the concerned authorities but is there a way to get the money back? Do the complaints filed to Dubai Hovt help in getting the money back?

No one is answering the emails and calls. God will take in charge of you all. Karma will come to you all and all the people around you! And you will not succeed in anyways!

These people lie and no one to manage them properly.
Be careful. This place is based on a ton of lies from sales and fraud. It’s a scam.

I take a private package for George for 7 days, amount paid 9000 aed.

Scam No. 1 :
Offered fly dubai or emirates airlines with baggage 25-30 kg and 7 kg hand bagage
Provided wizz air with no baggage.

Scam No. 2 :
Offered private guide for 7 days with private car
Provided 1 day shared tour bus and rest by your own,
basically I rent a car my own and I drove every where. I did not use their terrible service

Scam no. 3
I used my credit card to pay 9000 aed and they said we can make installment with no extra charge.
Basically for installment 1000 aed additionaly I need to pay but they agreed to pay extra barriers by 4 installment (250×4=1000) they paid only 750 and they vanished.

Scam no. 4
Room 4* or 5* by anywhere we wish
Only 4 or 5 is there star vanished in the air and your vish location also vanished in the air, only selected some standard hotels offered

Basically I lost my complete amount just like that.

Above scams are done by verbal agreement with their hidden policy written 4-6 pages with macro letters no one will read and they make you sighn the agreement

I purchased a travel package on 30 November 2024. The package was marketed with promises of discounted travel, hotel benefits, and flexible usage over two years.
However, I have not been able to use any of the services. The company is now non-operational — their office is closed, their online portal is not working, and they are unresponsive to all communication.
When I visited their office, I found a Dubai Courts judicial notice posted on the premises, indicating ongoing legal disputes.
In my experience, the services were misrepresented at the time of sale and have not been delivered.
I strongly advise others to be cautious.
