Had Mark the designer with us, showed us everything and we proceeded with the windows and doors. Had the installer Sebastian, very clean and tidy and no mess left. The windows are simply outstanding, the difference it makes to the warmth is great.

Had Jason the designer out, measured our windows and talked us through the designs. We gave him the go ahead that night. The windows where fitted roughly 2 months later and I honestly couldn't be anymore delighted. The warmth in our home is fantastic. Thank you so much.

We had a front and back door installed in 2019. The fitter who turned up was lovely and very tidy but on his own, he mentioned his colleague had called in sick. After a full days work the doors were done and ready to use. I pointed out that the front one was a bit slanty but was assured it would settle in so thought nothing of it.
A year later after dealing with a brutal draft, we had the window doctor check our windows and doors. All windows & back door were great but he was shocked by the front door and the gap you could visibly see. I rang up HDG to arrange an inspection in August 2020, we were immediately told, before I even gave details of our problem with the installation rather than the door itself, that the warranty wasn't likely to cover our issue and after bring given a date for someone to come out and take a look, two no shows later we are still waiting on the inspection. Very quick to book an install and take our money but seemily disinterested in fixing issues, blaming their calendar randomly changing dates on them for the inspection not happening. Deeply dissatisfied with them and from my experience, would advise anyone to think twice. I've already told two people who asked about our front door to use someone else!
