So glad I didn't do business with them.
I'm happy, I saw what they were like, before placing an order for a super expensive item, especially since I live in Europe (I can only imagine the nightmare if there were delivery issues or other problems, given that they never reply).
My partner and I contacted them several times over a weekend and the following week seeking crucial information about an animatronic for our halloween haunted house, and we didn't get a single response in a whole week.
Just imagine, if they don't reply before you've even committed to buying, what must it be like once you've actually placed an order?
Frankly, I have no desire to chase after them
I don't have the time for that. It’s a huge turn-off. It doesn't come across as serious or professional.
And after reading other reviews online, I really have no interest in doing business with them.
I'm giving them a miss and sticking with reliable sites like Mad About Horror, Horror Shop, HalloweenCostumes, and Déguizfêtes.

Rapid shipping! Awesome puppet! I'm giving 5 Stars and please don't misunderstand the video vs the ad. The video makes it appear as though it is animated but it is a non-animated puppet. The appearance is realistic, the hair is realistic and the size is large like the pics and video shows. I love it no matter what! It is a perfect addition to my current collection. This is the 2nd purchase from The Horror Dome and am waiting for the 3rd purchase.

Awesome mask not exactly like the stock picture but really nice. Just wish it was cheaper shipping to Canada. Would love to get some more clown masks.

I ordered the new Jester mask. Quality is great but the mask doesn't fit properly inside. Called customer service and they are taking care of me to modify the mask to fit!! Great people. Would highly recommend. All mask don't fit the same so this is expected.
