Pete was absolutely fabulous!
Straight forward booking process, great communication from the start.
The report was processed throughout his visit and sent over the same evening.
I was so impressed with the detail of the report, I thought I would maybe be able to snag my house myself but there is no way I would have thought about as much detail as Pete did or ever noticed for some time the things he did. 100% a job left for the professionals!!!
He knows exactly what he’s looking for, and although my house is in an impressive state the report showed some really interesting points where attention to detail has been missed.

Really looking forward to these final bits being sorted on our house, and wouldn’t achieve this without Pete’s professional eye.

We contacted Pete ahead of completing on our new build property, as neither my wife nor I had any real experience with what to look for when it came to snagging.

Pete gave us great advice from the get go and was then incredibly kind and flexible when we experienced unforeseen delays and difficulties with the move.

On the day, Pete was right on time and went over every inch of the property inside and out. He was polite, unobtrusive and had the survey done before lunchtime. There were all sorts of little bits and pieces that we would never have seen or even thought to look for; Pete's expertise and experience has undoubtedly saved us from missing issues that we would have regretted not sorting in the future.

We had the full report before the end of the day, presented in both summary and fully itemised form, which means you can just forward it on to your developer and ditch the hassle of filling out a deliberately short paper form!

For what Pete charges, you'd be absolutely crazy not to get him in to look at your new build, it's a drop in the ocean amongst the vast expense of moving house and it will save you so much grief in the process!

After my first interaction with Pete, I know he was going to be good. After seeing his work on Instagram we booked Pete to attend our new build 3 Bedroom house. Pete spent a good hour outside the property and then several inside, a full comprehensive list, with pictures, arrows, description was produced outlining over 100 snags to be completed. Item we would never have picked up on ourselves! This included things like missing kitchen plinths and fault lights, loose stairs, carpet snags and everything inbetween! We handed our snag over to the developer, I was apprehensive about this, needless to say over the following days and weeks, each snag highlighted by Pete has been being dealt with one by one. Quite honestly the best £350 I have ever spent. I would highly recommend Pete if you are looking for a inspection of your new home. Pete was good with my dog who followed him around!

Pete is a professional inspector, he provided me a detail snagging report and advices. I highly recommended his service.

We did our research on snagging providers and were immediately impressed by Pete’s approach. He is friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly has a positive attitude.
Pete came to our new build house at a very early hour so he could get a head start before our furniture was due to arrive from storage. He was shadowed by our site manager, a new rule apparently, and they seemed to get on well. In fact at least one snag was dealt with immediately as a result so that was great!
Our report was received quickly, with photos and a clear explanation of each issue. We added a few of our own and this is now with our on site team.
We have contacted Pete for a couple of follow up queries and his reply is always helpful and prompt.

The inspector arrived at the appointment time punctual. He carried out the inspection thoroughly and carefully and spent 4 hours in total for our 3 bed rooms house. We receive the written report with photos and short description within 24 hours after inspection.

Its rare to find someone who is so dedicated to their work these days. We are hard to please and often left disappointed but not with Pete. A knowledgeable, punctual and genuine person. Pete took the time to explain everything and took his time going over ever aspect of the house, we felt very comfortable with Pete and had absolute trust in him as he had true old school values and service. He will be sure to find important issues you never knew existed. I must mention this service also extends to the after care as he has been on hand every step of the way and even helped us with snags after the initial inspection. It will be the best investment you will ever make on your new home.

We couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection of our home, Pete discovered many issues that could have caused issues down the line and listed them all in a detailed report that we then sent to our developers. Pete's a great bloke who took time to advise me on some other queries I had with the house.

Pete is very thorough and goes through the whole house, internally and externally.
