This is a scam, the charges are recurring without your knowledge, they dont respond to emails, the reviews on their website are fake, they are practically stealing money from you
Now I gotta cancel my card because of these clowns, shame on you. You are a sad company, I wish you drop your keys in a pile of snow.

Very Poor. I placed a single order to try the products and all of the sudden I had a subscription that sent me more products, without me even subscribing. What a scam. And the customer support team tells you there is nothing they can do. Be careful if you order to try, like I did, that you don´t get caught up in subscription that directly debits your card. And also mind you on the website it does not state anything about the products being intended to 18+ years, but so it says on the product label when it arrives.

I purchased capsules once, but the company charged my card again the next month without my consent. There is no cancellation option on their website. So I have to cancle my bank card. I contacted them by email and got no response. This is unethical and misleading. I believe this is a fraudulent practice, do not purchase from them.

The product does work but the subscription was set up for once a month and this month they charged me twice in error. I emailed to ask to cancel one of the orders and have had no reply so I’ll be cancelling my subscription as a result

DO NOT BUY !!! They offer a deal for first order but does not mention you'll be subscribed then charged the full amount on next order that you didn't place. They do not work either all . When you send an email to the contact you get an email response from a random Gmail address . It's a con!!!

This is absolutely disgusting. I ordered the product a month ago and I have not received it . It was delivered elsewhere and InnerCo are not even answering to my emails.A few days ago they took money from my card signed me up for a subscription and I contacted them to cancel the subscription and get my money back .
Do not order from them , I was trying to find out how to cancel the subscription no answer to my emails yet !

Total SCAM!! Do not part with your money. They continually take money - you have to cancel card to stop payments. No answer to emails. Rubbish product.

having the option to subscribe for a monthly subscription is great because it comes with a discount. If not you can always skip it and make a one time purchase.

Do not buy from this company. They sign you up for a subscription and you end up having to cancel your card as you keep getting charged. No reply from emails or option to opt out. Complete scam

This is a scam! They will take your money and you will henceforth be ignored. Stay away from this organisation and do not be fooled into buying anything.

Scam! The product didn’t work, then they charged me €32 for a subscription I never signed up for. No replies, no support, and their “money-back guarantee” is a lie. They claim to be from the US but are clearly Chinese. Stay away!
