Had a great experience buying from the jewellers. Delivery was quick, and the customer service was actually handled by real people, which you don’t see much anymore. Beautiful bracelet and fantastic price. Came next day and in a nice box. Please bear in mind that these items are not new. I didn’t realise this but now the price makes sense.
Update.
I assumed it was due to the slight scratch and the faqs on the website. I am even more impressed at the price now considering it’s new. Beautiful item.

Lovely pendant and necklace with good customer service. However as it was a gift I would have expected a better gift packaging with some sort of certificate/attestation containing the details of the jewellery bought. After a call, Customer Service included a print from the website which did the job but definitely lacked in finesse.
