The returns process is not easy
The returns process is not easy. You need to download and print out a form to complete and then pay for royal mail special delivery, which cost nearly £10, then despite next day delivery, it look 10 working days to receive the refund. I will not be ordering from you again.

I would not recommend
I would not recommend. The jewellery I bought developed faults within s few months. I asked for a refund but they settled on a repair. However further faults developed with a few more months and the shop would not fix or refund me. I’ve been left having paid hundreds of pounds for jewellery that only lasted months.
In my opinion the jewellery is made as cheaply as possible, not for longevity and the shop is happy to take the money and give no long term support. I’m gutted to have spent a lot of money on something I expected to last many years.
They actually said that they would normally only perform fixes if a fault develops within a week! This is not the mark of a quality jeweller.

We offer a one-year warranty for manufacturing faults, but in most cases, such faults typically become apparent within the first week or so of use.
