On being recommended "level" by my probate solicitor I called them up for a lowdown on the "who, why, what's " of their system to receive a loan or advance on my late mothers will. I was met with strong answers that I understood clearly. The staff I spoke with were polite and had all the product knowledge you could wish for ...
