Small selection of very similar clothes that changed little. The site was difficult to deal with. Changes to card details necessitated a telephone call numerous times as the phone was not answered and this cannot be done online. Joined for 2 months now returning clothes as very expensive for lack of choice.

I was lucky when I pop into the littleloop, I’m always trying to get my boys lovely clothes but the good quality cotton I love was very expensive, not in my budget. Having the opportunity to wear beautiful designed clothing and helping save the world a bit, is also fantastic. My children are aware of the landfill drama and they love our planet as much as they love their clothes. Customer service is exceptional and any little hiccups I had it was solved quickly, they are a friendly bunch and I love being part of the loop.

Received our first delivery to Northern Ireland on Monday, very very impressed with the quality and value of the items received for our 2 girls. Very impressed with the efficiency of the service and the ethics of this company, just counting down the hours until we have an adult version of this morally and ethically reputable company!

Teething problems after a Dragon's Den induced surge?
I have ordered some clothes which arrived within a few days, are lovely, and excellent quality.
But there were only brand new items to choose from in my children's sizes and about 80% of the listed items say 'back soon'. I'm guessing there has been a rush after being on TV but as yet I have received no reply to my messages asking when new stock will be in. The chat page constantly says 'we're away'. I really hope that things settle down and restock quickly as I love the idea of being able to recycle clothes so easily and making these sustainable brands more affordable. At the moment though, the lack of stock, and complete lack of preloved stock means that my credits will only get about half of the 16-17 items suggested, and I have little to choose from.

So glad we found Little Loop! The clothes on hire are good quality, even the pre-loved ones, the brands they work with are excellent (I love that most of the clothes are unisex, organic, etc). And their customer service is amazing.

It worked well for us to rent a top to be used a few times over the Christmas period and return it once no longer needed, instead of buying something. Seasonal clothes are a win too. With young children they only get to wear seasonal clothes a few times that year before outgrowing it, so I imagine we'll be renting summer outfits too!

I love renting, I’ve recommended it to all my friends. I’ve been a member for nine months, and we’ve had the use of so many great clothes. The fees have more than covered what I’d have bought, and we’ve discovered new brands as well.
Now it’s possible to rent outer layers, I find I’m buying less and less - and it’s great to feel I’m doing my part.

A truly unique business with a fantastic ethos. Renting clothes was not something I had come across six months ago. The Little Loop provide a superb; easy to use service. I was so excited when I found Little Loop and it has exceeded my expectations. Navigating the website was super easy & I was delighted when the package arrived with our items all folded neatly. (The reusable packaging is brilliant - I wish every online purchase I made arrived like this!) The clothes were a mix of gently worn & new. I chose some seasonal additions to add to our (mostly) handmedown wardrobe. Rather than buy new or spend ages finding the right combination of second hand items on eBay, I got just what I needed in one package. The service from Charlotte and her team is brilliant as well. If shopping for children's clothing in a more mindful way is important to you, I 100% recommend Little Loop!

There's a broad range of items, and our little boy enjoyed helping to choose. We also used it as a talking point to learn about where his clothes come from and looking after them for other children and the environment. Overall, very happy

I love renting with thelittleloop. It's a great way of dressing my toddler in really high quality items without the waste (and expense) of buying things so frequently. I’ve been using The Little Loop now since October and I’m hook line and sinker sold - ironically - on not buying clothes!!! I love the fact I can swap stuff as the seasons or our needs change, that I can borrow from all our favourite brands so I know it’s responsibly sourced clothing, and that I won’t be storing anything once it doesn’t fit! It’s extremely good value for money and I am only borrowing what we need - not storing an excess of unused clothes. I’ve just started borrowing items for our youngest child, so that’s three children I’m now borrowing for and there’s so much choice! I will still buy a couple of items each for them all to top up their wardrobes ( quality pieces that can be passed onto friends and cousins probably from the same companies that The Little Loop use) but this will be my first stop now for creating a capsule wardrobe for my three. The clothing is sent out in a reusable - super safe bag, and always arrives really quickly! I can not recommend enough.

I loved buying clothes for my granddaughter but it was expensive and wasteful as she grew out of everything so quickly. All the labels used by The Little Loop are good quality and beautiful and she loves helping choose them and I know then that she likes the clothes that are arriving for her. They can be swapped when they get too small for her or she wants something different to wear, so they are not thrown out to landfill which is good for our environment. Also, the website is easy to use for this grandmother!

Beautiful, high quality clothes, and you get to select the items you’d like yourself, and swap them any time.
Saving clothes waste as they get reused, also saving time and effort storing clothes for future children or family.
There are no penalties for wear and tear, giving you freedom to use them during play, guilt free.
They are quite a new company, and emailed me to ask if I had any recommendations and responded well to my suggestions to expand the age range.

A great idea, and the website and credits system works well. The clothes are really nice, and this gave me the opportunity for my child to wear some premium labels that we wouldn’t be able to afford if we had bought them. Really helpful customer service too. I would definitely recommend Little Loop!
