The Ludoquist - Board Game Cafe Bar Bewertungen

Delivered my order efficiently and dealt with me having to make last minute alterations with good humour.

Perfect as always - the best place to get Arkham Horror stuff!

Reasonably priced item and arrived in good condition as described. Arrived quickly. I would happily buy from this seller again.

Fun way to spend an evening. The pizza is really good.

I found a game that nobody else had, and it was hassle-free to get it. So high points there.

The only downside is that I couldn't work out how to track the package. So when it arrived I was in the bath, and as I received it I was hanging out of my bathrobe. I had to hustle down two flights of stairs. I'm sure the postie's seen worse, but still.

Maybe I'm thick, or maybe there's no way to actually track the package. Who knows? I'd expect a button on the webpage, and that's what Zatu has. Eh, never mind, got the game and it's awesome.

Very cozy place. Bought a couple of new games here at very good prices.

Quick delivery of brand new games - thanks!

Sent me the game I wanted, in good time. Best shop in Croydon

It was very easy to order the product that I wanted from the Ludoquist website, and staff were very helpful when I arrived to pick it up late in the evening (it's a real bonus to be able to pick up orders while the cafe is still open - a major advantage over the alternatives!).

I ordered a copy of Betrayal at the house on the hill to collect from their store in Croydon.
I eagerly awaited a pick up email that was never sent to me, due to an admin error.

After the issue was raised, someone from the store got back to me and delivered the item personally.

They handled it very well and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome

Took over a week to dispatch with no updates or notifications as to why. I called during this time and was given an estimate of dispatch which wasn't then followed up on.
However, after I emailed following 7 days of silence and it was picked up by a manager (I think?) I received a lovely email apologising and had my order within 48 hours. Well packaged and took ownership of the mistake. I really respect that and will be shopping with them again.

Promp response to query.

Perfect transaction, thank you! Item was delivered promptly and is just what I wanted.

Great customer service.

Delivery of a pre order as soon as it was published, in careful wrapping. Great service.

It was easy to order and the delivery was very quick!
