Hi Lexie,
I'm really sorry about this - we have it marked down on our system as collected - obviously an error at our end.
I'll refund immediately - I do hope you found an alternative and that your evening goes well. By way of apology we will put a credit on account for a future delivery if you're willing to risk us again.
Many apologies,
Nick
This place is incredible!

Placed an order online. One of the items I had ordered was found to be out of stock, but I was informed very quickly and a refund was processed immediately. As a gesture of goodwill, the postage for the remaining items was discounted. The games were dispatched quickly and packed well.
