I love that this is not a subscription and you have many scents to choose from. Also, I love your diffusers.

Service by representative Melissa has been fantastic! Love my TMS Lux. Heaven, Aqua de Miami, Soft Cashmere, and Hotel Capri has been great scents! Highly recommended!

The product is fine but the customer service is horrible! The phone number on the site doesn’t work. I had to sent 4 emails over the course of a week to get a response back when I wanted to exchange the product I bought for a bigger one and then it’s 2-3 days in between any future responses. The customer service couldn’t be any worse.

I have had this TMS 100 hooked up to my HVAC system for three days now. I started out at 120 minutes on, 30 minutes off. I couldn't smell anything. I bumped it up to 360 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Still nothing. Now on the Thord day I am at 960 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Not improving at all. I have a 2,000 Sq. Ft. house, so this should have been perfect. Probably trash it.

Received our products quickly and in good condition. The scents we chose have met our expectations and add a beautiful experience to our space.

Very easy to order, got a refurb machine and it works perfectly. LOVE the scents! So far I have used Santal and Heaven. I got a sample pack and will be exploring more scents. VERY pleased with the whole experience!!

Customer service was top notch when we needed a custom sample set. We selected our favorite scent and purchased our diffuser. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Our home smells so luxurious that it brings a calming sense when you walk in.

The device is terrible. Its very noisy and annoying. I hate loud, repetitive noises. And the company sucks. They make it impossible to return. I only had the option to exchange the device. I don't want another crappy device. Total waste of money. Do not recommend at all. I tried to contact the company when I first received the device but I got the runaround. I hate The Magic Scent.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I purchased the larger magic scent for my house, 2000 sq ft - I like it very much. Then I decided to get the smaller unit, for my mother’s apartment, well, this took about 2 hrs to figure out how to use. There were no instructions included and my mom needs something where she can just manually turn the unit on and off. This unit had the on/off switch in the unit. You must open the unit up every time you want to turn it on or off. That’s impossible for my mother. Mine has the on/off capability on the outside of the unit this one does not and that was never made clear. Yes it states to be used with the app but I had no idea I could not turn it on and off manually and easily. That should be made very clear and it is not! They have an on/off switch, you just can’t get to it easily. I paid $79.95 and requested to return it due to the reasons above, well, they want to know why you are returning it but give you generic reasons that don’t apply to me!! So I go through the return, and find out due to all their FEES I will be entitled to a $40 refund, $40!
What a joke! Highway robbery and stealing my money, nothing was made clear to the consumer, nothing!! Based on how this product is made I should have gotten my $79.95 returned to me. I will never do business with them again and tell anyone else I know to stay away from them. Thieves.

Defective product and nonexistent customer service. A total scam and ripoff. They have been reported to the BBB dozens of times and have poor reviews everywhere EXCEPT their own website. They should be shut down for fraud.

The diffuser didn't come with any instructions. The video on the website that shows how to use it was for an older model. A charging cable was not included with the diffuser. I contacted customer support and they told me since they're so inexpensive I could buy my own. I think for the price that should be included. I was going to return the diffuser, but found out there was a large restocking fee if I did.
