Your tech support is one of the worst I…

Your tech support is one of the worst I have seen. It took over 1 month and 9 emails to get a charger exchanged. The least email before you all shipped it you tried to upsell me to the most recent version at full price. The price quoted didn't reflect current prices, it was 30% higher. Really bad. I will not recommend your company for anything.

My order is missing the thermometer proe that comes with the extender. I only received one probe that I purchased separately.

Communications was to slow

It took to long back and forth between suggestions. It seams there is a lot of issues with your product since the time laps between communications. But the end results (replacement) was appreciated.

Could only get one of my new sticks to…

Could only get one of my new sticks to connect. So same problem I had with the old ones can’t count on them to work. They eat batteries put new ones and then they are dead. I have one 4x charger and it never works and it’s been to long to do anything about it. My fault got fed up and just started using wired Thermal works that I bought. I appreciate what you did replacing the sticks you didn’t have to at least one worked now.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great! They were very prompt at resolving the issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the MeatStick device itself had issues. I haven't used the device so often that it should have failed in the first place. However, the customer service rep did a great job to remedy!

Great service

I have been struggling with the Meatstick but I must say that the customer service is excellent. My Meatstick was not measuring internal temperature, and even though the warranty was not valid anymore Meatstick replaced it free of charge and it seems that the new one is working perfectly.
