It’s coming up to a year almost since I met dr Rob and team at the clinic.

I had suffered with intense lethargy and struggled to lose weight for many years, to be honest these where always most stand out symptoms. Having done a little bit of research I managed to stumble across this low testosterone condition, and it sounded like many of the things I had. Searching around Facebook I found many groups listed as TRT specialists, one most specifically was TRT in the UK who raved about Specifically the men’s health clinic, there is plenty of other providers but the feedback on TMHC was great.

I was pretty sceptical to be honest, no way could i a bloke have low testosterone issues, I go the gym regularly and eat well. I talked it through with the mrs and we decided we’ll the least we can do is follow the guidance from the TMHC website and get a blood test.

Once the results returned I hadn’t really got a clue what I was looking at, I sent the document across and Rob put me at ease immediately but recommended I make an appointment at the clinic as I indeed had an issue.

The upfront costs here are steep for some, we had been putting a little bit of money away to play with in the future just tiny amounts here n there. This money was investment money, and fast forward a year. Using that money for the initial setup was and still is the best investment I have ever made.

I won’t go into my protocol, as it’s mine specific to me. But when you mean Rob and understand what’s going on in your body and mind, All makes sense.

Please do not be out of by cost, you cannot put a price on health.

After 8weeks I felt probably the best I have felt in my life, recently we have had to make some slight changes to my protocol in one of my follow ups but even know I feel incredible. I am entirely a different person and I believe the guys at THMC have given me a new lease of life.

I have been a patient for three years and have always appreciated the detailed explanations of treatment options, ample time for questions during consultations, and attentive follow up. For example, if on occasion blood test results have not been optimal, I have been offered a dose adjustment and follow up appointment within the next 6 weeks to repeat testing. Whenever I have contacted the clinic between appointments I have received prompt and effective assistance - most notably fast response to last minute flight letter requests and guidance on how to store medicines safely while travelling in various climates. The new clinic provides a friendly and comfortable yet professional atmosphere and I'm pleased to see an increased focus on how lifestyle factors can influence well being including hormonal levels and the ability to track body composition with newly purchased equipment. And it is worth noting that patients have access to video demonstrations to remind of the correct procedure for self administering medicine - when I switched from transdermal/ subcutaneous administration to intramuscular injections last year I found the ability to replay the instructions before the first few doses very helpful.

The focus is on you the individual and not about making money.

The care they provide is excellent, you always get a reply or a call back when assistance is required.

After joining the "TRT in the UK" Facebook group, I discovered The Men's Heath Clinic as I was really struggling physically and mentally with Testosterone related health issues.

Being a complex patient with multiple hormonal issues. I had questions like - can this doctor really help me when world renown professors on the NHS have failed? Is this revolutionary new approach (in the UK) for real? Should I just stick with the safety of the status quo? Is this going to cost me a fortune and leave me stranded in a dire state of health?

My first face to face appointment laid all these fears to rest. TRT is not a simple process nor a quick fix. But Dr Stevens is an exemplary clinician, and he and Lydia work tirelessly to provide the best quality and most accessible care financially for their patients.

I've been looked after at every step of the way. Many adjustments have been made based on how my body has adapted - and the treatment has been INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED to my own needs. No other patient is exactly like me! And my treatment has reflected that. Communication has been top notch and we've worked through the challenging times together. They really do care and really try to provide the best treatment at the lowest cost - this is why their patients are fiercely loyal and so grateful.

I've achieved stability for now and can instead focus my energy on sorting my heathy lifestyle out. I see the Doc later this year to discuss my future goals in life and how we can further refine my treatment.

Not to brag, but I think I'm an expert at picking out the experts :-p ... I'm a veteran patient with many specialist doctors caring for my needs.

Doc Stevens and Lydia at The Men's Health Clinic are the best of the best for Testosterone Replacement Therapy in the UK.

They're going to force other "clinics" and "businesses" to meet these high standards of care or face becoming obsolete. They're already increasing awareness around Men's Health, TRT and Mental Health. And finally, at this rate, they might just one day get the old NHS to step up as well!

Fantastic service with great people at the forefront of men’s health

Been there and while initial costs seem quite a bit of money. In the long run bigger picture, its worth it and daily costs worked to same price as a costa coffee per day . Unlike NHS waiting times which had been a ridiculous time of 2 years + and getting absolutely nowhere fast unless your dying , By going to he TRT clinic however it was all sorted in a few weeks and after my blood tests I got the Prescription required for my treatment.
