Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic. It has taken over 2 and a half weeks now just send over a single package of Kendamil. I wish I had known the target down the road had them in stock so I didn't have to waste my time with this company. Completely unorganized and pathetic when it comes to their reliability. I requested my order be cancelled only to be told I was going to be charged a 4% cancellation fee, followed up by an email saying it will be waived, and then another email saying my order has been updated to in transit instead of cancelled. Absolute joke how they also don't let you write reviews on their website so it's only high ratings. I even have a screenshot from their internal discussions.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. One star. Policy states cancellation and modification is available within one hour. Not in my case. No option for modification. 350$ worth of overpriced formula with zero room for modification within minutes after purchasing. Left numerous requests - no help.

Never received my order

Never received my order. I have contacted them already 5 times now and they just keep saying they are looking into it. It’s been a month now of me just trying to get them to refund me for the order. They never provided me any tracking or anything. Horrible customer service. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was my one and only order I ever made from them. Found a way better company with faster shipping and great customer service.

Great customer service

Absolutely the best customer service! Shipping takes a while to Canada, and I know stock is an issue but I truly feel the team did their best and actually care!

This company is a lifesaver!

This company is a lifesaver! My baby was running out of formula and I was unable to get the formula my baby needed here in the US. I found the Milky Box, and their customer service team was able to direct me in the direction of a European formula that would be the best replacement for my baby's current formula. I was cautious at first due to some of the pervious reviews, but I have had a wonderful experience with this company! The shipping was fast and the customer
service team was amazing!!

Shorted half my order after charging me. Customer service is a joke.

I have ordered formula three times from the Milky Box. The first two orders were delivered without issue, and at that point I was satisfied with the vendor. However, on my latest order, I was shorted half of my order. I at first assumed the other portion of my order shipped separately and would arrive later. I then received an email from the Milky Box indicating that my entire order had been delivered. The formulas sold by this company are premium products, so the missing box had a value over $300. I contacted The Milky Box’s support, and received a response acknowledging my issue. They indicated they would be contacting their fulfillment department to try and determine the shipping issue. I then waited several days and received no follow up. Upon contacting them again they seemed to not be able to read my prior conversation with support and I had to explain the situation all over again. I was assured that they would investigate the issue, but did not commit to issuing a refund or shipping a replacement. I then received no further response. After contacting them a third time, it appears that they are either using an AI to generate responses, or are simply incompetent. I ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card company. The product they sell is quality, but the customer service is a joke.

Please avoid this company by all means

Please avoid this company by all means! No support from customer service, no compassion, no reliability. They did not process order properly causing a delayed delivery, refused to accept return or provide a refund. Don't make my mistake, order formula from My Organic Company or Organic's Best which provide excellent customer service representation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM #THEMILKYSCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This website is a SCAM I had order for over $400 and my order NEVER arrived. The customer service is close to non existing when you have a complaint. They did nothing to help and said I should file a claim with the courier company but then the courier company was chosen by them and has no contact info anywhere. This website is full on scammmm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY PRECIOUS TIME! Our babies deserve much more than #THEMILKYSCAM

.ilky Box, your reply is futile. I will continue to spread the word of how awful your service is. Your meaningless auto reply proves my point. This company is not for caring real human families. It's for corporate warehouses childlesd robots. At least that's your demeanor and service. How pathetic when you are in the business of serving helpless hungry children.

Slow responses
No transparency until the very end in an attempt to salvage my business.
My order is extremely late. More than a week.
Although it wasn't shipped on time when I tried to cancel, I was told I would have to pay 4%cc fees and more! Unbelievable.
Then that threat was retracted when I pointed out the fact it wasn't shipped yet and past the date stated in my emailed receipt.
It feels to me like the company was delaying communications in order to force my $1300 plus sale through, because its in the weeds. My guess is milky box is going down. And quite frankly I won't shed a tear over it.
The icing on the cake was the pathetic offer of 5% off my next purchase. It would have been far more ritcheous and effective to offer 5% refund for all the BS I have gone through.
I will never be a returning customer. In fact I'll be letting people know how awful this experience has been.
Parents don't need the stress of trying to get answers about where their child's food is. Especially at the price we pay!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Twice this year they've charged me and sent the formula weeks if not a month++ late. Zero accountability on their part. Blame the delay on everything but themselves. Offer ZERO refunds or credits. Send blanket "I'm sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience." to all email communication. DON'T use them. Find any other alternative company that provides quality formula.

2 weeks and still nothing has shipped

2 weeks and still nothing has shipped. Asked for a refund and now I need to wait for the warehouse? Zero transparency. Are you under staffed? Low stock? Tell me why I'm waiting 2 weeks for nothing to be shipped out. Why lose a costumer over something so easily fixed.

incompetent Customer Service

I ordered a pack of 6 cans of Kendamil baby formula. Then 10 business days passed and my tracking status still said “label created”. I reached out to them and they said there are delays. So I asked them to cancel since the order hasn’t shipped yet. They agreed to cancel, then 5 business days passed with no confirmation that the order was cancelled or refunded. I reached out again, and they were like “we are waiting for the warehouse to confirm cancellation”. That went on for another week, so I got fed up and disputed the charge and the bank credited my money back until they figure it out with this incompetent company.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Only responds to emails (very slow), no phone number to reach customer service. It's been more than 3 weeks since I have placed a large order of formulas. Still have not shipped any of my orders. Customer service says they will check and update me but that's been over a week. Customer service stopped responding to my email.
