Outstanding service, exceeding all expectations
Rita and the team have recently secured our mortgage offer and have exceeded expectations throughout the entire process.
As I’m a contractor, I was unsure where to start but Rita expertly navigated every step and was an excellent, knowledgeable sounding board.
She supported us through our home search, always being tremendously efficient and responsive to queries from us and the agent. We’re now awaiting our exchange date but recently had the lovely surprise of Vinay emailing to let us know that as mortgage rates had dropped, they had secured a better rate with the same lender, with no additional checks or work from our end at all. Knowing that up to the very end of this purchase they continue to act on our behalf and are working to lock in the best deal while we’re busy packing boxes is absolutely invaluable!
I would highly recommend the Mortgage Stop, they are certainly so much more than just an “online broker” and have taken so much stress out of the process for us both. Thank you Rita, Vinay and Rohit for the outstanding service.

I had a fantastic experience working with The Mortgage Stop. From the moment I reached out to them, they exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that put my mind at ease. What really stood out was their commitment to finding the best possible mortgage deal for me. They tirelessly negotiated with multiple lenders to secure an incredibly competitive rate. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and although at times I was a bit slow with sending my up to date documents, I still felt well-informed at every step.
The team at The Mortgage Stop went above and beyond to meet my specific needs, specifically Rita & Rohit and their responsiveness to my questions and concerns was truly impressive. They even provided valuable advice on improving my credit score, which ultimately led to a better mortgage offer.
I dealt With Rohit at the beginning (The director of the company). I can truly say he looked after me a lot, recognised my situation, and was willing to help me out straight away.
His partner and the co director Rita, helped me with finding and securing the Mortgage offer. She was very patient throughout the whole process, despite having to chase me a few times. Although it was a long process, as we first had to find the property we wanted to purchase, It was great working with Rita & Rohit, they are such lovely people and will do there absolute best to help you.
Definitely recommend there services, and will be using their services again in the future!
