Very frustrating experience
I strongly advise caution when purchasing from this brand, Nayra.
The website does not clearly disclose that customers are enrolling in a subscription. I made what I believed to be a one-time purchase, but was charged again without explicit and informed consent.
Under Canadian consumer protection standards, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, businesses are required to clearly disclose ongoing payment obligations. In this case, the subscription terms were not presented in a clear or transparent way.
I contacted customer service immediately after noticing the charge to cancel the order, yet the product was still processed and shipped. At the same time, I was already attempting to return the original product due to it not matching the advertised quality or natural appearance.
Refusing returns under ‘hygiene reasons’ does not override consumer rights when a product is misrepresented.
This experience raises serious concerns about misleading practices and unauthorized recurring charges. I would not recommend this company.
