This is an update from my review 4 days ago. Customer service followed up with me many times and was very accommodating, and handled all conversations professionally, until I was satisfied, and it worked out in my favor. In fact, I will be following up after Mother's Day to purchase an item that they will have the flexibility to add the requested character inscription to the item I'm interested in purchasing. My confidence in this company is restored! My only recommendation would be that they would bolded the maximum number of characters to make it easy for the customer to call attention to before ordering the item. All in all, I would say this is a top-notch
company!

The Theo Grace family tree necklace I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. When my wife unboxed the gift set and took one look at the necklace she was stunned at the beauty of the designing, style, and inscription. She exclaimed it was perfectly crafted and sized. I recently purchased a Mother's Day necklace, a heart pendant with the names of my four grandchildren, Luna, Avery, Harper and Piper, and the diamond signifies 'Grandpa' who recently passed. Also the tennis bracelet is so beautiful, much more beautiful than imagined, and I love how the ends cinch it up, yet dangle and it sparkles so!
