The beautiful craftsmanship of their jewelry, it’s absolutely beautiful and I have loved every item.
Their responsiveness to any queries I have is excellent. I had an issue with the delivery being delayed, but they kept me updated and offered me a discount code as an apology which was very kind of them and appreciated.

With that being said, one of the charms appeared to be damaged and I contacted Sam immediately. he responded with in minutes and had a replacement charm shipped immediately to beat the Mother's Day deadline. I watched this site for months trying to decide what to purchase. I decided on the multiple name balance bead necklace with my grandchildren's names. I chose the gold vermeil. When I finally ordered, I quickly received an acknowledgement and was kept informed of where my order was in the process. Today it arrived just as promised with a tracking email that said it was delivered to my mailbox. I am thrilled to say it meets all of my expectations and I can hardly wait to try it on!
