As much as I was impressed and motivated after reading about the One Device, I nevertheless tempered my expectations. After I began wearing it, I consistently experienced both subtle and enhanced energetic shifts. My body, mind and sprit welcome it.

The one has definitely helped me so much during my times of meditation,I have felt a difference hence I started using it, I feel more grounded and just so at peace. Even when I’m not meditating I still wear mine. I just feel a difference in the way I feel so it has become a must for me, to wear almost daily. I am so grateful to have found this device it truly has been a game changer, I now cannot be without it.

My friend told me about "the one", and honestly... I laughed. I thought, no way am I buying jewelry to help fix my energy. But here I am, two months later, wearing it every day. I work in IT, so there's tons of screen time, and I usually feel drained by 3pm. This thing gives me a weirdly steady energy that avoids the afternoon crash.

I've tried a bunch of wellness devices before, some have helped and some were a total waste. What I like about one is the combination of light sound and vibration in something wearable. Most things I've used are clunky or you have to sit still to use them. I travel a lot for work and needed something portable. I have been using it for about six weeks and feel more balanced overall. My HRV scores are better too. Only thing I'd love to see is a detailed guide on the frequencies they use and how they're programmed.

So far I love it! I got it as a gift from my girlfriend and i wasn't really sure about it. But I'm glad I actually used it. I've been wearing it every day now for about 3-4 weeks and it has definitely made a difference in my sleep. I feel more restful in the morning and it's been easy to get up and go. I've also felt a lot more grounded lately.
