Received my order but the Orb doesn’t work. I reached out to the company several times but no response. Going to dispute through my bank. Should have checked TrustPilot first.
Ordered several of these 10 days before Christmas with 3 day shipping. It is now 1 day before Christmas, and tracking says package is still in AZ (I'm in OH). Seller is not answering multiple emails, nor direct messaging through their site. I'm about to fly out of state on Christmas without the gifts - now scrambling to find something to replace them. If they ever do show up, I'll have to go through the hassle of returning them now, or otherwise I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Either way, a terrible experience.
Ordered November 15, 2025. Website claims product ships in 2-3 days. Sent me a tracking number right away. Checked tracking and was indicated NOT shipped. Been a month and still not received the product. Wrote an email asking as to why not shipped and they never responded. Last time I ever buy anything off Facebook or YouTube.
UPDATE: According to my tracking info, my purchase was being held at my local post office at my request which is BS because I never opted for that. I went to my post office to only find out that the tracking number was a re-used number and there is no package for me. The clerk said this is a common practice with scam companies and suggested that I try to reverse the charge on my bank card. My advise to anyone reading this is to stay clear of these people.
OMG horrible experience. Ordered Dec 20 and still have not received after sending 4 emails. I’d give them a negative 5 if I could. Horrible customer service.
OK product when it works, but for a company that touts making it easy to get in touch with a human, multiple emails about how one of the two orbs does not work never got a response.
The Fly Orb I ordered for my son for Christmas, worked on its first flight but then quit and wouldn’t turn on again. Christmas evening I emailed Originalflyorb and there was a replacement in my mailbox on 12/26! I have never seen such unbelievable customer service in my life. What a great company!

Fat chance! I received a notice saying the item was delivered yet it was not. I never got a confirmation and no tracking number for USPS. I have sent 3 emails and filled out their contact form multiple times...still not a word from them. I checked them out before ordering and they seemed fine. Something must be done about this robbery.

Checked this company out BEFORE ordering Dec 2022 and they seemed legit but after ordering I only received pre-shipment info, then no item and no reply from repeated attempts to contact them for resolution. Either a complete scam company or a single owner with no backup who had a heart attack or something.
Bought an orb for my granddaughter after playing with it for about 20 minutes it quit working. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company for a refund and they do not respond.
Total scam of a company. There is no "Original Fly Orb" company. They take your money, give you a fake confirmation number and you never hear from them again. When you email them, it goes no where - does not even show up in the sent file. Do Not Order From This FAKE company.
