Ordered several items for catering for a charity event on a specific date but they were not delivered. When I contacted the courier they only had an automated service that told me to contact the seller (The Pantry Basket).

Unfortunately Pantry Basket have no phone number or live chat so you can't actually speak to them and they are slow to respond by email which meant they were unable to rectify the problem in time for the event and I had to source the items from somewhere else at the last minute, leaving the charity out of pocket.

When I asked for a refund they said they will only issue it when they get the items back – something completely out of my control since I never received them. When I objected to this they said it was "their process" (computer says no) and then stopped replying.

They seemed more interested in following process than using common sense to treat customers fairly or actually rectify a problem.

I had to go through PayPal to get the charity's money back in the end.

I do not recommend this company at all!

Package and contents was damaged, I emailed about it 28.03.26 and have had no response.

Everything was perfect from Pantry Basket. Evri tends to be the least reliable courier service in our area but it got here.

ordered item 9498 riesen toffee ,shows delivered BUT NOT TO ME i have not recieved item, complained to paypal as seller has no phone number just hotmail email, am refunded by paypal, i will not shop with the pantry basket again.

I wouldn't use this company unless you don't mind your items being damaged.

Terrible packaging which has left many items in my order all damaged. Not acceptable considering they charge you full price for them!
