Ordered on the 26/07/24 sent out of date biscuits 23/03/2024
Ordered on the 26th July 2024 was sent 4 packets of out of date biscuits they ran out of date on the 23/04/2024 I am absolutely appalled by this! I have contact customer service and received no response, I have also contacted the seller through PayPal with no response. Within the same order I purchased 8 boxes of Tunnoks teacakes 4 boxes of milk chocolate and 4 boxes of dark chocolate, the chocolate looked awful they tasted disgusting and the marshmallow inside was firm. In my opinion these were very old stock and potentially not stored well. I am awaiting any form of communication back from the company/seller in regards to a refund of my out of date items and also the teacakes which were inedible. Quick delivery, quite expensive for some products, good website design and ease of use. Other products purchased were satisfactory. I am very disappointed in being sent very out of date items and the lack of communication from customer service/seller. I have now received communication from the company and we are working through the issue so I have changed my review rating slightly in accordance to this.
