I am a British passport holder living in Germany. I recently changed more than just my family name by deed poll after marriage and needed my passport to reflect this change in order to change all my paperwork and permits.

As a touring musician, I can’t be without my passport for long periods of time so I was delighted to discover a service exists that will cut this time significantly.

Ben has been fantastic to work with in solving the riddles and got my passport back to me quickly and updating me at every step. He was at the passport appointment first thing the following morning and it was printed the following day.
