Cannot recommend enough!

Might be the easiest 5 stars I've ever rated...working with Jodie is changing my life. I got a PCOS/PMOS diagnosis near the end of 2025 and was lost in a world of conflicting information online. I found Jodie via Google and she seemed to be the only person approaching it with common sense so I took the plunge and booked the initial consultation call. I'm still working with her now and I can't really put into words how helpful she's been. I thought I'd end up just getting some advice on how to tweak my diet but Jodie approaches this holistically and is great at adjusting sessions depending on how you show up on the day. As well as deep diving into my diet she has helped me with stress management and coached me through moments of self-criticism. I never feel judged and I appreciate her calm and knowledgeable approach. My symptoms are improving and I feel like I'm moving to a place where I no longer dread my period arriving. If you're having troubles I can't recommend Jodie enough. It can feel like a long road to navigate and having someone supportive in your corner who actually gets it is invaluable.

Manageable easy changes with noticeable quick changes

I booked a consultation with Jodie after a relatively recent PCOS diagnosis and was feeling stuck and doing what I could on my own. Within 3 weeks of meeting with Jodie and making easy and manageable changes to my diet, my energy was up, the brain fog was clearing, my period pain was very minimal for once. My hair also stopped shedding which I’d been battling for 3-4 years and the doctors put down to stress. It’s now approximately 12 weeks since my first meeting with Jodie and my energy is consistent, I’m less irritable, I’m more productive at work. I’m managing 3-4 workouts consistently after teaching now without wiping me out. For a long time I couldn’t function without 9-10 hours sleep and I’d sleep 11-12 hours on the weekends to compensate. I’m now sleeping 8-9 hours consistently each night, feeling great in the day and I have the energy to enjoy my weekends now. My weight has finally remained stable for a month and I’ve dropped an inch on my waist and the reduction in inflammation is noticeable (my jeans do up again!). Im really starting to feel like myself again. I’m so glad I booked that initial consultation with Jodie, I didn’t think I’d see so many changes so quickly with doing super manageable and easy changes.

Amazing programme, definitely worth the investment.

Jodie is amazing! The programme literally changed my life and I just wish I'd done it years ago. Everything is presented step by step with loads of support so it never feels overwhelming, and Jodie is so kind and patient. You never feel judged or like you're not doing well enough, but always just gently guided and supported. She's got loads of tips to make everything feel more straightforward and manageable, and by the end I was feeling so much better in myself and had seen a huge improvement in my symptoms, but without feeling like I'd had to overhaul my whole life. It really works!

PCOS Initial Consultation & Roadmap

The Initial Consultation & Roadmap with Jodie was a really useful 90 mins

I did the self guided protocol first but I wanted the 1 to 1 to go more in-depth about my specific symptoms.

I sent Jodie all my blood tests so she was fully in the picture before we started and she made good observations about whats going on and what I can change.

She talked me through building a few really well balanced meals to start with and set goals with me for exercise, food and mental wellbeing too, including sleep hygiene and relaxation techniques so you get a fully holistic approach.

I would highly recommend Jodie and the programme and 1 to 1 if you want to be more in tune with your body and your hunger and want to learn how to manage your symptoms, fuel your body and to feel your best.

PCOS hope!

I was really struggling with my PCOS symptoms and the crazy amounts of conflicting information before I found Jodie’s website and her 12 week protocol has been so incredible. Everything is step by step and explained really well so makes it very easy to follow and not feel overwhelming. Jodie is really calm and reassuring and very easy to talk to and it’s so nice to speak to someone who is a specialist in PCOS and also knows how it feels to have the condition. My relationship with food has improved, my energy levels are better and I finally feel free of the negative mindsets and endless cravings. I would recommend to Jodie to everyone who needs help with their PCOS and I am so glad I made the decision to work with her.

Well worth it!

It's been so so helpful to speak with Jodie. After years and years of trying to battle through misinformation and symptoms, it's been so great to speak to someone who really is an expert, and cuts through all the nonsense! She has an incredibly approachable style, and I have felt really welcomed and supported.

I highly recommend Jodie’s 12-week…

I highly recommend Jodie’s 12-week programme to anyone currently suffering with their PCOS symptoms. When I joined, I was dealing with very irregular cycles and an acne flare up. By the end, my skin had cleared and my cycles have started to regulate.

Jodie is incredibly knowledgeable — not just about nutrition, but also the impact of supplements, exercise, and lifestyle. Her advice is always backed by extensive research, which gave me real confidence in the changes I was making.

The programme includes one-to-one calls, group sessions, and on-demand content. This mix worked really well: I got tailored advice, learned from others, and could work through the structured weekly topics at my own pace. Jodie also requested weekly feedback to understand where we were struggling and would then provide individual feedback to support our progress in the week ahead.

I’m now feeling much more positive and in control of my PCOS, and I’m so grateful for Jodie’s support throughout.

Changed my life!

Changed my life! I read books, went to my GP and did a lot of research. When I found Jodie it was like someone was finally speaking the same language, only better; Jodie is understanding, supportive, professional and very informative. I would highly recommend taking the leap and speaking to Jodie if you haven't already. She is wonderful. The programme has transformed my life for the better and I am so grateful.

Working with Jodie was a game-changer

Working with Jodie was a game-changer. She helped me feel comfortable with food again and completely changed my relationship with eating. I stopped stressing over every bite, and the support she provided—especially emotionally—was exactly what I needed.

The changes we made weren’t huge, but her guidance made all the difference. I truly believe working with Jodie played a major role in helping us get to this pregnancy, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed.

Sustainable changes that work

Jodie is so knowledgeable about all things PCOS and I have/am learning a great deal from her. She keeps up to date with the latest research and all her advice is based on research and shared with her clients in such way, that it makes sense and the principles are easily applied to every day life.

I was worried when I started how I would be able to keep up with the content of the protocol, introduce changes all while working and having a busy family life. But it's absolutely doable and Jodie has so many useful tips to share on how to best make sustainable changes without becoming overwhelmed.

I am so glad I signed up for the protocol, I have so much more energy, I am listening to my body and giving it what it needs and the tools for stress management have made such a big difference too.

Jodie is such a lovely person to work with! She is so supportive and makes you feel at ease. I have learnt so much from her, she has helped me and my situation massively and enabled me to progress with both my eating and my health.
