The Price is Right but Beware of Broken Defective Spraying Tops
Although my order arrived in a timely manner and the delivery driver was very nice, one of my perfumes arrived with the top broken/defective. Very disappointing

My only disappointment is that I received an email shortly after making my online purchase with a WELCOME discount code to use towards my first purchase. I made my purchase and didn't get to use my code. So I lost out on saving $3.26. Wish I could get a store credit towards my next purchase. 😕

Awful so far
I was sent the wrong fragrance. When I emailed, I was told they don't even have the correct fragrance. I asked for a refund since they couldn't fulfill the need. I was told a refund would be sent once they receive the product and passes inspection. I kindly asked for a refund sooner because I need to allocate that money into buying the correct fragrance from a different company. Andrew responded back to tell me they would refund once they receive tracking. Sounded fair, I sent the wrong fragrance back rhe next day and provided tracking. No refund received. They have now had the fragrance in their possession for 3 days amd still no refund. Shady business.

I.normally will not write negatives reviews, but this time i really have to.
I order 6 bottles of perfumes from “the perfume box ,
1) the shipping was late .
2) one of the perfume came in an old dirty box with no plastic wrapping and the bottle of perfumes itself had no cover .
This particular perfume was order for a gift and I contact the company and it took them days before replying.
When they finally replied, they instructed me to send a picture and a video , which I did , and they wrote me back stating that the perfume was a tester and testers don’t comes sealed or with a bottle cover.
WHE I MADE MY ORDER THERE WERE NO INFORMATION THAT THE PERFUME WAS A TESTER . ALSO I ORDER A TED LAPIDUS FEMALE PERFUME AND A MALE AUD D TOILET IS WHAT WAS SEND .
The only compensation from them was apologizing and no consideration of wrong doing .
People you are much better of going to the stores and purchasing your perfumes or even Amazone is best !!!

Items arrived intact and working
Items arrived intact and working. And were what I ordered. My main complaint is it took too long to get it shipped to me and delivery was slow with added delays during the shipment.
Also, you do not carry certain brands. And a lot of your items seem forever out of stock.
Try adding a notify me when available button.
