My visit here was nothing less than perfect! I was served by Donna, her customer service was second to none. I would pay just for the experience! She was kind, caring and extremely helpful! I have zero knowledge about perfumes and she managed to identify them with only an explanation of the bottle!!! Would 100% would reccomend

Made an impulse purchase at the Blackpool store and found the product really didn’t suit me. Took it back a couple of days later and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Exchanged the item with no fuss at all.
