Exceptional Customer Service
Today, I was served by Calvin, who was extremely polite and good-natured. I was guft shopping but had no clue of fragrances I was going to purchase, resulting in the need for me to sample several differing ones.
At no point was I made to feel as though my indecisiveness was unwelcome or intolerable by this young man. In fact, the level of customer service that was on offer from him helped make the selection process that much easier and lead to the purchasing of two gorgeous perfumes.

I went into The Perfume Shop in Brixton this afternoon and was served by Eleorah. She was very calm by nature, polite and happy to help. There were two products that I intended to purchase but unfortunately they were not available. In no time, Eleorah helped me find a solution and I left the store happy with my purchase. Can management please give her the credit where it is due please. I can see the branches sales increasing if the team work together the way I saw Eleorah work alongside her colleagues.
