First time visiting this perfume shop and we had such a lovely experience. Zak served us and was genuinely so friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time to show us different fragrances and helped us find exactly what we liked without making us feel pressured at all.
Really happy with the service and the overall experience. Zak made our first visit a great one and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a lovely experience at The Perfume Shop on Saturday! I was served by Zac, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My husband and I were looking for the perfect birthday gift for a family member, and Zac was so friendly, patient and genuinely helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for.
He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice, and his knowledge and customer service were honestly fantastic. It’s so refreshing to receive such lovely service, and Zac really made our shopping experience feel special.
Thank you so much, Zac, for all your help and for making what could have been a stressful gift search so easy and enjoyable! You are a real credit to The Perfume Shop and deserve all the praise.

I’d seen a boxed offer online which wasn’t in the shop. The staff member checked and she could order for me delivered to my home free of charge ad I’m a registered customer. It arrived at home the next day.
