I went to silverburn looking for a perfume for my granddaughters birthday. I was struggling looking and hannah came over to help me. I have never been treated with such respect and politeness as I was with this young lady. She certainly knew what she was talking about and I will definitely be coming back!.

My granddaughter also loved her perfume!!

Amazing customer service. Jill Took lots of time to help us find the right aftershave. She was so super helpful and pleasant. All the staff were.

Kipp was super helpful today and was really patient with me while I asked to smell several testers - I was very indecisive. Once I'd decided on an aftershave, Kipp wrapped the bottle for me and kindly gave me a complimentary personalised ribbon which was a lovely touch. Excellent customer service!

Denise at sliverburn store was superb. Amazing service and helped me go for a new scent for my wedding. Very much appreciated, thank you. Would highly recommend

Absolute top class service from the girls once again the beautiful bubbly Helen always sorts me out with different perfumes for my wife as I am hopeless when it comes to perfume she even thinks of the message to write on the ribbon when wrapping my perfume and even the older lady who I think is the manager always asks me how I am and is very chatty.You always get the personal touch from the staff and my wife has loved every perfume I've bought from there.👌👌👌

Fantastic service from Denise and the rest of the staff at the silverburn store. Denise was very polite and attentive. Didn't pressure us into a decision and helped up chose the perfect wedding perfume and aftershave.

Visited shop at Silverburn on Sunday and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about fragrances. No pressure selling. Bought aftershave for a gift and was offered a gift bag without asking. Was very happy with service as they took their time sorted out a query I had.
