If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a robin bracelet and necklace. Both had messily painted areas and the paint on the bangle was chipped. I send an email to the customer services email repeatedly, contacted them via Facebook and messenger. I have had no response to ANY of the communications. Bearing in mind returns have to be agreed and there is only 14 days to do this according to their policy, I contacted PayPal for a chargeback which was found in my favour. I notice a lot of replies to negative comments on here suggest they had no record of communication, but this cannot possibly be the case here as I tried so many ways to make contact. Avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: in response to this reply below, if my email was bouncing back, which I doubt very much, why didn’t you contact me using the two other methods I used to try and reach you? (not connected to my email) I didn’t call any names. I simply asked for a reply and resolution. And yes I did send multiple communications, of course I did! PayPal do not side with someone just for fun. Just improve your customer service and respond to emails. Simple!

A warning to all business owners. If you ever see this woman buy anything from you, refund her immediately and dont send the goods. She bought items off us which were posted in a good and timely manner. She received and then emailed back which we responded to only to have it immediately bounce back due to her email settings. We said to return and we would refund or could send out the items again taking into account her concerns. As the email bounced she couldn't see this and then hounded us with more emails calling us names. None of which we could reply to. She then raises a case with PayPal and I submit to them evidence we had replied to her with how to resolve only for PayPal to also side with her. We are now down on the products. The postage and the money all because this woman cant sort her email settings.
If I could give this person 0 stars, I would too.
Totally rip off company, kept insisting that my parcel has been delivered, saying that they have proof, when I ask to see the proof they go quiet, my house is monitored by 2 cameras and nothing has arrived, they then told me to contact the carrier which is wrong as they have a contract with the carrier not me, do not use this rip off company , they lie and do not answer AVOID at ALL COSTS

We did provide the Royal Mail tracking details and delivery confirmation available to us at the time, which indicated the parcel had been delivered successfully. We understand how frustrating situations involving missing parcels can be, particularly when tracking information differs from a customer’s expectations.
We would also like to clarify that we did continue responding to your correspondence and attempted to assist based on the information provided by the carrier.
While we appreciate this situation was disappointing, we do take customer concerns seriously and always aim to help where possible.

I bought one of the forever robin bracelets. It is really sweet but disappointing that the robin is only single sided and so 50% of the time it’s just a blank silver coloured blob!

I ordered 2 robin bracelets. 1 of the bracelets didn't even have a robin on it. These things can happen, so I contacted customer services twice and have never had a reply.

Great company to deal with. Bought a paw print necklace for my wife and also a bangle which she loved. Well worth the money and definitely recommend to all.

I placed my order as love the cat charms on the web site expecting to receive what i placed but a few charms were different and when I emailed them they just said that the photo was what they took as I took photos to prove that they had not sent me what ordered and was very disappointed.

The Pet Drop breached the Consumer Rights act 2015. I ordered a necklace that on delivery did not match the online description or photographs. I bought all this to the company’s attention, enclosing my own photographs alongside their website photographs. The company refused to pay for the return postage despite them breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that customer’s received items that do not match the seller’s description is classed as Faulty and therefore is responsible to pay the return postage fee plus the full cost of what was paid at the time of the purchase. This was all refused by The Pet Drop. They then blocked my email address by flagging it as spam. The Pet Drop is not professional nor an honest company to be having any dealings with, therefore I do not recommend them.
