Great job and squeezed us in last minute too!!

Easy from start to finish having someone come to your home makes it less stressful ,very lovely vet , knew exactly what was needed happy to talk through anything we didn’t know and a lot cheaper than if we went to our own vets would recommend highly and we will definitely use again

Very easy to do.
All done on the web, nice and simple.
It's nice to have the confidence of a company that specialises in Animal Heath Certificates.
I will certainly use them again.

Dealt with this Company for the first time . They were great to deal with very efficient . Communication great all very reassuring . Our dog was seen at home and this was so less stressful for an anxious dog. The price was great too. I would only use this Company again in the future

First time using this company after travelling with pets for years … Fiona visited our home and was very friendly & professional… certificate completes and we have just crossed with no problems … great price too! 100% recommend

Last year I paid £750 for two pooches to get to France at my local vet. This year the vet who did the AHCs had left and the vet practice did not have anyone to do the certificates for our holiday on September. The vet receptionist suggested the Pet Passport co so I went online and was astonished at the price, £159 for two dogs !! The process was simple and we had a lovely vet came to our house for the pre travel appointment. We did not have a single problem on our journey so if you are thinking of using this company do not hesitate, they are fantastic.

Vet Chinuki was prompt, super efficient and friendly, very helpful with the process that she made so simple.
Highly recommend The Pet Passport Co. to navigate the new UK system and coming to the house is a big plus and much better value than what the regular vets want to charge. DEFRA recommended too.

Unbelievable service from this company, it's a shame all businesses don’t treat their clients the way these do. From the very start, everything was easy, communication was excellent and very good advice given. Pricing was extremely competitive. They were very patient with me especially when I asked to change everything the day before my collection. They bent over backwards to accommodate me and nothing was too much trouble. I'd like to say a special thank you to Evie, who was amazing. I really can’t praise this company enough and will definitely be recommending them to all my doggy friends. The vet who came to my house, Llie was superb, professional and great with the dogs. Thank you The Pet Passport Co. for making this experience so stress free.

I had a great experience with The Pet Passport Co. when arranging an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for my pet.

The booking process was very straightforward, with the convenient option of either collecting the certificate from a pick-up point or arranging a home visit. Communication throughout was excellent, with clear and helpful information provided at every stage.

The service was efficient, convenient and reasonably priced. I would happily use The Pet Passport Co. again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an AHC for travelling with their pet.

Ilie visited our home me to administer the worming by tablet to our cocker spaniel Bryn. Ilie was super polite and efficient. Thank you Ilie. I would absolutely recommend for AHC

Easiest way to get an AHC at half the price of our vet. Straight forward process, easy to book, time was rearranged at time of booking but it was so far in advance it was no problem at all. The confirmation had a glitch on the location, but all resolved and the appointment in Ealing was set I had booked it. Alex was very easy to deal with and the whole process very efficient. A painless way to get through the bureaucracy required to take your pet to Europe.

Excellent communication and service. So easy to use at a fraction of the cost from my normal vets. Will definitely recommend and use you again in the future

We left a message and received a phone call a short time later we explained it was our first trip to Europe with a dog. The person was very helpful and talked us through the process and what information we needed to download when booking our appointment. We had to pay an extra £20 as we live out of the catchment area but even with paying this the price is a complete steal compared with other vets.Bringing the paperwork to your home for you to sign and checking your dogs chip is part of the fantastic service you receive.
The fact they are the cheapest does not mean a second rate service from the first phone call to the vet arriving at our home I can honestly say
The Pet Passport Co is A Five Star Co.

Alex came to my house in Willesden to verify my dogs' and cat's chips. He was very friendly, helpful, and the whole process was quick and efficient. I feel reassured that I can cross the border safely. The cost was also very reasonable. I totally recommend ThePetPassport.

Excellent and professional service from The Pet Passport Co. Everything was handled smoothly and clearly, and the team was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you from Ealing, London!

We used this company for the 1st time recently. But it certainly won't be the last. The service was excellent, any questions I had was answered quickly. Ezikiel who came to our house to hand over the animal health certificate was a very nice man. Would highly recommend them

Excellent service. Very convenient having a local vet make a short home visit to complete the form. Knowledgeable, helpful,,very good with my dog. Much cheaper than other local services. I will definitely use them again.

Very easy process and a much better price than going through my own vet.
Really friendly team and good communication.

Amazing service! Filled everything out online + asked my vet to forward my pet’s medical records, all simple and straightforward. Booked a home visit to avoid having to drag the cat across town in a potential heat wave, the price is super reasonable. Kai was exactly on time, super efficient, friendly, and explained everything clearly. 10 minutes later, the paperwork was in my hands, and we’re ready to pack for our trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going abroad! 🌟

Needed an animal health certificate for a trip to Ireland. Excellent communication. Easy to book online. Professional service. More cost effective than purchasing through our regular vets.
