A very good company that made my order with them extremely easy as well as personal when i had a small problem and received a phone call straight away to resolve my problem,would shop with them again.

Brilliant company to deal with and also friendly staff I had an enquiry and Paul was there at the end of the phone to help and support me and explained things more clearly . I would highly recommend this company to family and friends who are looking for a loyal and trustworthy company to buy there pet foods from I ordered a big bag of Johnston and Jeff parakeet and a big bag of egg food and was happy with the products and was sure well worth the money spent with this company .
Misleading information on the website…
Misleading information on the website which would've been fine if the customer service was good. I emailed with an enquiry and then was blamed that I haven't read the correct information online, as the section I read re delivery was under the FAQs, the section that many people check before ordering, was infact wrong. Two stars for processing the refund quickly but as stated, customer service is extremely lacking and rude which is odd for what seems to be a nice, small business.

I had a bad experience from this Company, as I ordered a dog coat, which at the time was in stock. But the Manager told me they have 200 orders a day, which I find hard to believe and I might have to wait for a delivery of stock to arrive before despatching the goods. Then he was trying to blame delays on the Covid, and I tried to explain that I have had loads of goods off eBay and Company's. The actual owner was rude and sent my dog coat next day and barred me. I wouldn't use this Company !!! Avoid

Amazing service
Amazing service! I ordered on the 30th and it was here by the 6th even though they said it would be here on 9th. Couldn't fault them, they kept in contact and the delivery man was amazing too! Thank you. Will be ordering again asap
Well what can I say this is the best…
Well what can I say this is the best online pet store, the prices are great . Plenty too choose from. The owner Paul is so friendly and helpful and will go that extra mile to make his customers happy like myself. Fast delivery. highly recommended plus you can pay with clearpay.

Dogs Love The Food
Received part of my order still waiting on the bed but have now had an explanation as to why it’s taken this long. Never had an attempted delivery yesterday though so not sure why you said that. Hopefully bed is worth the wait and money. It’s a good idea to keep customers up to date with orders especially during this time of COVID 19. I have revised this feedback to show 5 stars.

Worse ever experience on line shop.
I never received the order and when I did all the raw food was off. I have email petvan, received a call from Paul the owner and the nightmare started. The man is so rude and all he did was given silly excuses and excuse he’s poor service. After sending pics to him of damage goods and promise it would be replaced a week after still nothing come trough or any Communication. When I phone Paul excuses start again and the all experience was so bad I had the put the phone down. Receive few not pleasant msg from Paul and had to block him so he could stop with the Harassment. I only dealt with Paul and never with any member of his team. The man is a liar and good in fabricating excuses, Be aware and very careful when dealing with so called “Paul” the company owner. Do not recommend anyone shopping with petvan. The worse ever experience I had shopping on line .
