My order was taken, along with extra money for express postage with full knowledge of the required date of arrival. Upon contacting the company close to the date, they informed me that it hadn't even left overseas yet (I was unaware it was coming from overseas - my bad). There was very little return correspondence after this point as I attempted to find solutions. I would not use this company again.

The coin size I requested was wrong by 5mm. Plus the coins were designed to be sequentially numbered, and they printed them all with the same number.

Our experience with The Pin Factory has been one of complete satisfaction. They were incredibly patient with us as we took a deal of time to arrive at an agreed design with our 'Anniversary Team' who were approving our purchase. As well the team from The Pin Factory were extremely helpful when it come to deciding on colours. Highly recommend The Pin Factory.

Overall had a good experience working with the pin factory. Only downside was the sales rep I was working with stop replying to emails and I had to contact the info desk to find out that he was no longer at the company. This delayed my order slightly but overall I'm happy with the quality of the pins and how quickly they were able to amend the issue above.

Great service from design through to production with a quick turnaround of our products. We had both custom keyrings and lapel pins made and were extremely happy with the quality of both.

I still haven't received my pin after several weeks of waiting.

From our first enquiry, communication was great and every part of the process was quick and easy. Questions were answered quickly and within a few hours from first communications our order was in the queue to be made. Very happy with the final product!

Generally fast service, and good communication and products

Prompt in response, however failed to give full info when updating an existing keyring design. Didn't specify that it costed extra for an updated design on an existing keyring, so we have a keyring which is not 100% what we asked for and never gave us a resolution to the issue when asked about it.

Quality and communication were excellent and the tags are great. It would have been good to know upfront that the luggage tags came unassembled - it took us 8 hours to assemble them - We would have been happy to pay for your team to do that. And we know you want the product to arrive in good condition, but for those cards to be individually plastic wrapped was a bit of a shock. We certainly weren't expecting that and were a bit disappointed to see that much plastic used.

Excellent communication throughout the process, creating a premium finished product at the end. Loved by the whole company, and being given away to our customers as well. Excellent way to spread a little but of Christmas-y PageProof joy.
