Awesome experience
Working with The Pin Factory was effortless. Commencing from initial contact regarding quotes to receiving the final product.
There was timely and competent communication throughout the process ensuring design reflected what was desired and changes were made promptly and effectively.
The timeframe for manufacture and postage was accurate with reassurance the product would arrive in time to enable distribution prior to date of launch.

Need to improve proof of design - at scale
Unfortunately, the wording on the PINS cannot be read due to the small font. The proof unfortunately was not to scale and therefore I didn't pick up the wording would not be readable. I did provide this feedback via email, however to date have had no response.
