I tried to withdraw money over 24 hours ago! Why has it not gone into my account

I have been waiting 36 hours for my withdrawal to hit my bank, it seems to have vanished into thin air.. I login to question where my money has gone, and conveniently the live chat has disappeared... WHATS GOING ON??

I put in for a withdrawal of $2800 on the 11/1/2024 it was processing for 2 days and has just disappeared I’m unsure if it’s been processed or anything. I’ve tried to contact live support twice and have yet to hear from anyone as the funds are still not in my account!

I recently won and tried to withdraw 2600$ on 12th of Jan 2024 I waited the given 24 hour wait time. And funds never enter my account. Tried multiple times reach support. First you get a BOT gives you set of automated questions... None relate to my issue.. then it states a cyst service rep will contact me momentarily.. Ive waited hours now no response and no way to refresh customer support page
now so stuck in limbo basically no money and waiting for a member that I assume does not exist to contact me. PLEASE can anyone help????????????????

Deposited money. Didn’t go to my account so contacted live chat. Got told there was an issue with the transaction. I’d have to wait between 5-7 business days for it to bounce back to my bank account.

9 days waiting still no sign of the money and live chats no help it’s like a generic message about how I should wait 5-7 days.

Maybe they can’t count past 7 but I know 9 days is past the 7 they stated

I have been a member of pokies83.net for over a year and have deposited more times then i can count. Recently i made a $30 deposit instantly my bank notified me funds were taken but no money was credited to my account on pokies.net and immediately i received a message saying my details are being verified and no money has gone in to my account. Then i made another deposit 2 days later of $30 and I got the same message so it's now been 3 days and 2 deposit yet no money in my online pokies account. I spoke with online support and they tried telling me it's my bank but I've spoken with my bank and they confirmed both deposits were sent successfully to pokies.net I've messaged them multiple times and they will not respond to my messages.

I never had a problem depositing and then the other night I tried to deposit 50$ and it didn’t go through instead it said it was pending while my “information” gets checked and that’s never happened and then the few deposits I made after that went through and then it happened again I just tried to deposit 60 and it’s doing the same thing , this site is stupid and my patience is running out I want my $110 deposited already this is bull crap waiting for nothing!

Being an Aussie we all love to have a punt and we all know most sites we use are scams but they provide a little bit of fun so who cares. But thepokies83 takes the cake for the biggest scam of them all. I’m sitting here laughing while typing this, about how poorly the site is run for starters. The live chat is none existent, by the time they reply you’ve been and gone on a 3 day bender. For you to receive a $250 bonus you have to spend around 7000aud and even then they still made it hard. The win/loss ratio seems very fishy as compared to other sites also. My honest opinion if ya read this just jump on another site and don’t waste ya time. Absolutely ridiculous, I can confirm that withdraws take over 24hours now it's no long 3 hours. Also there is no longer any support system in place. I am almost platinum VIP been using this site for year but as of recently it doesn't feel nothing like the site I'm used to. Made a credit card deposit and funds never got credited. Ive been lied to ignored mislead and told 5 different things regarding the same missing deposit. 0 evidence to back there claims. I've provided certified bank statements providing details ever step of the process from pending to cleared and landed and support refuse to respond. I get the same generic lie that someone from payment team with get in contact with me. This has been over a week and still not a single msg from support. I strongly recommend not using this site anymore as it has seriously declined and is nothing but a easy cash grab when they don't even credit your deposits nor respond to support ticket request

I have been messaging them about $2500 taken out of my bank someone used my card to deposit money into and used my account I have no idea how whoever done it drained my account I try and get in contact with live chat and I get nothing saying they can't refund my money I had the proof and everything it's so bad do not play here the customer service is really bad they say I'm getting transferd to the payment team but never get a answer back I have now Been drained of $2500 out of my account and they won't do anything about it or even give the money back to me as it's rightfully mine!!

They have gone downhill, withdraws take over 12hrs and a lot of games are freezing up, just had one freeze as soon as free spin feature is hits. Also the support team will tell you it’s escalated and that’s the end of it, no response after being told the same thing 3 time, also a couple of deposits gone missing and nothing was done reimburse it.
