Bad experience, all training academy’s are the same.

I finished a nail technician course back in August 2025 and ive still not received my certificate. Ive messaged and spoke to poshlook who say they will look into it and get back to me but upto now they have not informed me what is happening. Over 3,000 pounds for this course and the after service and help afterwards is appalling not happy at all. Need this certificate for my job

Having completed the Level Three Nail Tech course last year I am still waiting to know if I have passed. I opted foe the kevel three course with the view it was more skilled that level two, I doubt it. They are very quick to set the gov student loan and get the money but no so keen to let you jnow if you have passed or not sobyoh can earn money. Waste of time and effort. Don't want student insurance, defeats the whole point of taking the course, wanted the qualification to build a decent client base. 6 months later still waiting. Will not ever recommend them which is a shame as the trainer I (we) had I found was really good. They are completely unprofessional and do not know how to communicate. Do yourselves a favour and find another supplier of a gov funding nail or beauty tech course.

Very unprofessional experience. This company scheduled two calls with me, but when the time came, they didn’t show up for either of them. I made myself available as agreed, yet they failed to attend without any notice or follow-up. Wasting people’s time like this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with a company that doesn’t respect basic professionalism and communication.

I started on the Nail Tech level 3 course in August and I absolutely love it! I've learnt so much from Sophie and I'm so glad I started this course! Already sad about finishing in January as Thursday evenings have just been the best!

Loving the course it's helping me with my anxiet and panic attacks

I enjoy learning with Posh look. The tutor really takes time and passion in teaching us and makes sure we understand everything.
The practicals are enjoyable and the written work isn’t hard to do either.

This is my first course and would definitely come back to do another course.

I am currently doing the Nail Technology night course and it is wonderful. They provide us with our kits free of charge. It is all done through a student loan so no money comes straight out of the bank. 1 evening a week after work. The help provided is amazing. I am very impressed so far.

Started this course a few weeks ago and I’m liking it they tutors are nice and they help you if needed. I have learnt a lot since doing this course.

I have done a few courses with poshlook at rawtenstall and they are amazing! My tutors have been lovely and very helpful. I 100% recommend them for any training.

This as got to be the best place to do courses my tutor Jackie is 100% amazing I’ve learnt so much already being on the level 3 make up artistry I’m so happy Im doing this course can’t wait to be qualified

Iam currently taking the beauty therapy level 3 course, And I Couldn’t recommend this course enough to anyone wanting to start beauty therapy, I feel supported at all times and my tutor is fabulous ( Becs)
I look forward to each week to expand my skills and knowledge. With the extra bonus of meeting great people.

Loving my course my tutor is amazing but I do think we are at a disadvantage with the equipment and polishes that are available to use during assignments some locations get better products yet we all pay the same price for our courses

I’ve recently completed the beauty course with Rebecca. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and supportive through out the course 😊

The course could maybe tweak a little, every couple of modules it would be good to have an open salon day to do any of the treatments already learnt.
