My profit split was due on Oct 22nd, on that day i took a flight to singapore and had a 7 hour cross over to chiang mai. Because i didnt click the withdraw tab on that exact day whilst i was traveling i dont get my profit split which was around 7,500$ and now have to wait another month. They say nothing can be done which is absolute bs i dont believe that at all. Very disappointed that i was not told about this prior as i would have got my gf or a friend to log in for me whilst i was traveling. This is money that i was expecting to get to continue my travels, im just so angry right now i cant express it in words. These companies really dont give a shtt about good traders that work hard to make a profit. Ed

Dishonest scam company
This is going to be an extensive review on theproptrading.com.au , I have had a long experience with them and I have landed to the conclusion that this "propfirm" is extremely dishonest and operates in very scammy behavior. This company owes me 19818$ for denied payout on a completely false basis, and I will NOT remove this review until they pay me the money they owe me. For anyone considering purchasing a challenge from them I would strongly encourage you to treat this "firm" like the black pest and stay well away from it as it will not payout consistently profitable traders. For a detailed explanation of my case, see the explanation below.
I have taken many challenges in this firm[15+], failed many, but also passed in some and got to a live accout. They always gave a hard time paying out, but in the end they entertained smaller mickey mouse payouts. At this juncture, since my experience with them so far was reasonably good, I decided to trade multiple accounts at the same time. So I asked support if there were any specific rules that applies to multiple live accounts, their response was to only not trade the same instruments at the same time - so I noted that.
I ultimately come to a point upon which I am trading multiple live accounts at the same time -> 1-2 200k account and 1 100k account. Due to market volatility, I lose 1 200k Live account, but I make profit in my other 2 live accounts, 1 for $5391 and the other for $14427. Here is where the dishonesty and scammy behavior comes in from this company, even though I made a clear profit on both live accounts, they deny both of them stating :
"Despite making profits on this account your overall accumulative profit/loss including the funded account (..) is approximately (-3K) negative"
So in essence, in an attempt on bending over backwards to deny big payouts, they are literally inventing rules straight from thin air and enforcing it on traders without their knowledge! In essence, they are treating multiple live accounts as a unitary aggregate, meaning that if one loses 20k on one and the other wins 20k, you cant withdraw profits on the other one since the first one lost 20k, i.e P/L is 0 hence denied payout.
This is proof that this firm is run by scammers because this rule did NOT exist in the contract upon signing the live account, nor does it exist ANYWHERE on the page, nor does it exist in the FAQ. They literally made this rule up from thin air to deny profitable traders.
Imagine, this firm is basically failing traders based on rules that the trader had NO clue about, and they literally make up rules to fail you. Again, this rule did not exist anywhere on the contract nor anywhere on the website, they only conveniently mentioned this rule once the payout was requested, very scammy behavior and extremly dishonest.
To make matters worse, I sent multiple mails to the support staff confronting them about why they are enforcing rules that are not in the contract? The response? Crickets. Absolutely no response. 4 mails was sent in the span of 3 weeks, absolutely nothing.
I have worked privately with many companies before in my professional carreer and this is absolutely not how a company treats its contractors, you cant hold contracts liable for rules and stipulations outside the agreed contract, thats by definition a scam. How in the hell is the trader trading on this company supposed to know that such a rule exists? Its one thing if the rule is mentioned in the contract and the trader violates that rule - granted - rules are rules. But to deny profitable traders payouts based on rules that are completely non existent in the contract or on the website is extreme scam behavior!
The FAQ >
"Do I have to pay for my loss?
No. We are responsible for the funding and liable for the losses in your trading account. Our traders will not be charged as a result of losing trades."
So even they admit that traders will not be held accountable for losses. What a complete dishonest scam firm.
To summarize, I would strongly advise anyone to completely stay away from this scam firm, because if you make consistent payouts, they will litereally make up new rules from thin air and fail you. This company engages in extremely dishonest and deceptive scam behavior, and it is my moral obligation to inform the public so you dont lose your hard earnt money. I will NOT remove this review until I get paid my 19818$.

I want all readers to pay attention to the fact that this firm never responded to why they denied my payout based on rules not existing in the contract. This supposed @Rule@ they mentioned in their response DOES NOT exist in the contract. So the firm WILL fail you for rules invented from thin air.
Buyers be ware, by still insisting on denying my payout, this firm is deceptive and dishonest and robbed me of my profits.

We would like to remember that you have been funded for several months in our company and always received payouts accordingly during this time.
However, your last payout was not approved because, unfortunately, the losses accrued on one of your accounts were greater than the profits made on another account (same time funded), which ended up in a negative net balance between your funded accounts.
As stated in our FAQ/Rules page : "What is Profit Share? Traders are entitled to 80% of the profit share resulting from your trading activities."
If you choose to trade multiple funded accounts simultaneously you are essencially accessing the same pool of capital at the same time with all the accounts. Therefore, in this specific case there was no profit to be shared.
You are able to continue trading and may request a new withdrawal once you are eligible.

The problem did not resolve quickly, it took quite some time but even though the customer service rep I believe Teones was his name wasn't annoyed at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CAIO AND JOHNY
Both Caio and Johny is the most incompetent customer service representatives with The Prop Trading. They need to be retrained and or fired from their positions. I thoroughly explained to them that I had discount code that needed to be reset for a 100k challenge due to my bank verifying. Mind you this took 3 days for any response and it was still not resolved. Johny actually ignored my messages which caused me to use another conversation to have him respond. He responded to me immediately to a different email. There was no issue with the code when I was attempting my purchase for the 100k account. After trying to get it reset, Johny lied and said the code was only for the 25k account. He's a liar, incompetent, and doesn't carry any professionalism. I can't believe im writing a review due to a 5% discount code. It has nothing to do with the freaking code and everything to do with the treatment, principle, and lack of customer service! They need to be retrained or fired like I mentioned before.
Here's the back story: I originally bought a 25k challenge--failed it and received the a code to try again. Didn't attempt to use it within the 7 day period (didn't know there was grace period but that's fine).
Caio provided a 5% discount code, attempted to purchase the 100k challenge, the code WORKED but my bank institution declined it for verification. I immediately reached out to Caio about it, he said it would take a few hours for his team to refresh it.
Caio never got back to me, I reached out the next day, he said,"He forgot to take care of the situation and will reach out to his team to fix it but it would take a few hours (again)." NEVER FIXED THE CODE, I reached back out to see what the update was, Caio was no longer at work and Johny (incompetent self) to over the conversation and hence my experience became worse!!!!
ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The reply is a lie, should I post the conversation? Johny only replied once I made a review! When I used it, it still said it was not existing. The only reason he got back to me hours later was to try and clean up his crap. No, I already went with another company. This review again was not about a 5% discount lol it was about the treatment, lack of care, and inability to actually assist me as a customer. If they took 2 and half days to provide a stupid 5% discount, imagine if I actually had an issue with my account! Ridiculous, retrain Johny and Caio and when you don’t treat your customers right, rectify the issue with more than “oops the code now works!”

My 2 cents
After receiving 2 payouts from TPT, I can say they are definitely in the top 5 prop firms out right now. I have accounts with about 6 other prop firms so here’s my unbiased opinion.
Pros:
-low spread and no commission
-Fast execution and little to no
slippage even during news event
-Credentials are sent instant in all phases
-Low prices compared to other props
-Fast customer support
Cons:
-Payouts could be faster, it’s taken about 3 business days both times. Maybe add deel option.
-Most importantly is not able to copy my trades from a funded account to a new challenge. I understand capital preservation but as long as you haven’t maxed out the 500k max allocation. You should be able to copy trades. Once you’ve maxed that out and want to get more accounts then you shouldn’t be able to copy. Reason is I have a 100k account and I really want to get the 400k but there's no way I’m going to leave my funded account idle while I make 13% on a challenge & verification. I’ve had to buy accounts from other props for this reason. I know a lot of people have issues with this as well as I’m very active in the discord. FIX those and TPT will definitely be number 1 prop firm.
