I've work for this agency a few times now.
They always seem to get me work and the staff are friendly and easy to deal with

TRC was reliable when I was looking for a job. The team works together with you and they’re very patient and professional. Explaining everything in detail so you know what you’re signing up for.

Very swift and stress free onboarding process. Got an email and contacted them that same day, I was inducted and started shift straight aways. The best I have seen.

Please please think carefully before working for this awful company. They mess you around, ask you to confirm you can attend your shift every day and then you have to wait to get another text confirming if you have been allocated a shift which may not come until 12 noon for a 2pm start. You could be working until 10pm the day before, and the message may come at 6am the following morning when youre sleeping. I had to ensure I wake up to reply or i would not be allocated anything. On more than one occasion I attended site (Evri, Barnsley) for my confirmed shift only to be turned away as there was no work. This is unacceptable and a waste of time and fuel. I left the company and am owed holiday pay of over £100. They do not reply to messages, they have not sent my P45 so i'm now paying emergency tax with my new employer. I have called, emailed and sent messages with absolutely zero contact. Please do not work for these cowboys. If I could give a zero star I would.
