Rachel is a superstar!!
I ordered a new training warm-up top ready for a Cup Final I had been appointed to. To mark the occasion, I thought I would also have a badge put on the top.
Shortly after my order was confirmed and had been paid for, I recevied an email from Rachel who explained that the company had run out of some of the badges to put on the tops. and gave me some alternative options to. With there being about 2 weeks from my order date until the cup final, and a Bank Holiday, I was worried I wouldn't receive my top at all.
Thanks to Rachel and her faultless efforts to get my order sorted, I will now hopefully receive the new top ready for my cup final!!

My order wasn’t ready to be shipped. However I emailed the ref stop and asked if they could deliver the buzzer flags because I had a final to ref.
